Phenomenal. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Brusch. I’ll admit it took them a good month to get me in for my first appointment, but I was assured that that is only for the first appointment and subsequent appointments can be made on day or two notice. Dr. Brusch has a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to listen to all my concerns. I had saved up quite a few questions and an extra test I wanted done and Dr. Brusch was patient and accommodating throughout. I never felt rushed. The staff, surprisingly, is even more pleasant. They took the time to give me directions to the lab and answer my follow up questions. They did it with a smile. I was shocked that that kind of customer service still exists, especially in the medical profession. When I called a week later to ask about my tests results, a nurse took the time to explain my results and offer helpful tips to improve them– ahead of the results letter they were sending out. With no exaggeration, she sounded happy to be speaking with me. I got nothing but prompt and friendly service from Dr. Brusch and his entire staff. I highly recommend.

I have had a long string of awful doctors, in fact I have never been one to even list anyone as my primary care doctor because I never return after most experiences. It was only until a literally traumatic experience at Boston Community Health Center that I realized I should research a doctor before I go, and perhaps my longterm health is worth establishing a relationship with one particular doctor. It was only after an exhaustive search(one would think the reviews of doctors would be more common), that I found Dr. Brusch. Not only is his ENTIRE staff so friendly, but he is the most compassionate thoughtful honestly caring doctor I have ever encountered but he also builds a relationship with his patients. First I was about 30 minutes late after getting lost several times, and each time I called the receptionist she wasn’t angry I was late but just concerned that I can find the place. Then when I got there everyone was really nice and welcoming, they even wished me a happy birthday! The Nurse practitioner whos name I completely forget(sorry!), was very compassionate about my current situation and discussed my options for future quality treatment. She did not skimp on explaining every aspect of my treatment, and said if I ever had questions or problems to call anytime and the call service can get them. I think the most impressive thing was that they also exhibited concern in saving me money for my treatment rather than just handing me off to a specialist so they don’t have to put up with me. Dr. Brusch himself was engaging and caring, he showed interest in my health and longterm care, rather than just getting me out of his office. I will never go to another doctor as long as Dr. Brusch is still practicing, no joke.
