Joel, the evening manager, makes this the best DD in the Boston area. Always a quick in and out, or good place to hang and people watch if time permits.

While waiting for my brother who was meeting with a colleague at Starbucks, I was looking for a place to get some schoolwork done so I walked to Dunkin’ Donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts had pop music playing in the background. Being a non-coffee drink, the advertisement for hot cider, iced cider, and warm apple pie was very appetizing. When I got to the order counter, I was disappointed that they were sold out of apple pie. I settled for a Strawberry Frosted Donut with Sprinkles. It resembled a Simpson’s Donut. The donut was a bit of the dry-stale side.

Unfriendly staff, order is always wrong after multiple sayings. The lack of caring is very obvious to customers. Used to have a citizens bank here, it’s closed. Coming here is always a mistake.

DD’s litter the Northeast. This one is no different than the rest. While close to Harvard, this location isn’t walking distance from Harvard Square, but makes it easy for those to swing in when driving on Memorial Drive or along the river, as long as traffic isn’t bad. There is no drive through here, but there’s an easy in/out for those driving upriver. Service here is either good or poor and they tend to be well stocked in baked goods, or out of most stuff. They don’t do a good job at handling more than a few customers at a time, sadly and tend to get orders wrong too, but that’s normal for a DD. For those staying at the Courtyard or Doubletree, it’s a mere three minute walk.

Compared to other locations, this is a quick in and out. The parking lot leaves much to be desired when trying to navigate around cars, but the fact that they have a private lot on Memorial Drive is impressive.

CHECKYOURBAG to make sure they got your order right, most likely THEYDIDN’T!!! I don’t understand how they could get a simple order wrong all the damn time. I guess I’m at fault too because I keep going thinking they’ll get better. Not sure what credentials you need to get a job there but it must be minimal cuz they’re idiots!

I work in an office building near this location. Several of us have tried the coffee at different times throughout the year and it always seems to have a burnt taste.

Very nice people working here, the bagels with there spreads are awesome. I gave it 4 stars just because it’s a Dunkin, no offence.

Eh. They’ve messed up my order on several occasions, but no matter how good or bad of a Dunkin’ Donuts branch this is, it is literally next door from my apartment, so I will continue to give in.

disappointing. i was very excited when another DD opened so close to my apartment. i usually frequent the central square branch since it is right next to my office. i must say, this DD pales in comparison to the CS branch. I understand the staff is still learning how to be most efficient and learn the Dunkin way, but some of the staff at this DD are unfriendly(unlike the CS staff) and are not sure what is going on. today i was given a blueberry muffin instead of a choc chip. I didn’t notice until after i had opened the bag at home. you are supposed to trust your Dunkin staff, and these staff have lost my trust. sad.

Citizens Bank and Dunkin Donuts! I am in Heaven! so psyched I could multi-task in this way. What a great idea. I must say Citizens Bank is putting the convenience of their customers first with their team up with Stop and Shop and now Dunkin. Big Fan

Finally, a Dunkin’ Donuts near Boston! … Look guy, you’ll find the same product, the same machinery and the same purple-pink, orange, brown color combo(genius? disaster? DISENIUS!) you’ll find at any other Dunks, but… And there’s a big but. The kind of big butt you’d get from pounding donuts like you’re drowning and they’re oxygen-filled. BUT! The staff here is beyond incredibly friendly. Fairly young, never wavering even during the onslaught of late morning java grumps, and more than happy to convert my fast dozen in to mostly strawberry frosted and pumpkin donuts. I’d call myself a fairly good judge of faux-energy and the meter didn’t beep once here. That cheerfulness is contagious, and better than any cuppa Joe. On to general DD product: can we talk about the oddly fascinating Veggie Egg White Flatbread? I dreamed about that thing one night and woke up aroused. Normal.

Visited this brand new location and snagged a dozen donuts. Friendly staff, but donuts were a tad past fresh. In fairness, it was pretty late in the day. I’d try it again.
