Ehhhhhhhhh. My wife popped in here to pick up some hair stuff before a formal party. The place was way too packed, with not enough cashiers. The staff didn’t know where the hair supplies were. In. Their. Own. Store. I mean, someone has to stock it, right? Also, while my wife had gone in, I’d hung out by the pillar about 10 feet away from the store, when a staff member came out to tell me I couldn’t bring my food in. I’m like«I know, there’s a reason I’m out here.» They said«well, just remember it.» Yeah, thanks! I’m not even in your store, and I’m propped up against a pillar, no need to harass me. I get it, maybe other people come in, but here’s an idea, maybe see if they’re coming in before harassing them!

The location is convenient and the staff are friendly but there is no actual pharmacy at this location!

Not the greatest CVS, for sure, but hey, it’s a great place to grab a quick snack while walking around the mall. The service here is definitely sub-par, but sadly I think I’ve become somewhat accustomed to that in a mall store. Oh, and the isles are really tightly packed. Gotta fit as much product in as possible I guess. It is what it is.

Your very average CVS store inside a mall. the CambridgeSide Galleria to be more specific. Like many mall stores it’s long and narrow and a little hard to navigate through the aisles, but has everything you’d expect including a gallon of spring water which is what we needed.

What a terrible CVS. Overstuffed with items, hard to find your way around, no one to help you and ridiculous lines. This is a convenient location for a CVS, in a mall, but I find it to be a bummer when chain stores forget about one of their locations. Clean it up, teach your cashiers to make change and hire some more people. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this CVS, but if I am at the mall and really want a candy bar, I’ll stop in.

Up until this place, I had never actually seen a drug store in a mall, and it’s not hard to imagine why. It doesn’t really fit with it’s neighbors. But that’s not it’s big problems. First off, for a drug store, they don’t actually have a pharmacy. This is like a gas station not selling gas. Sure, there’s mini fridge of Red Bull and plenty of candy to be found. But those are more of parsley on the side of your plate then the actual entrée you’d expect. But, the real problem is the truly apathetic customer service. I went in to grab some lip balm and proceeded to check out and that where I witnesses the start if the zombie apocolypse. The register working corpse showed no signs of life at. They didn’t even look up when I aproached. Didn’t put my stuff in a bag or make a single sound. All this person merely did was push a button. Even when I wished the clerk a happy new years I got no response. Seriously, it was the least amount of energy I have ever seen a human being exert.
