Stopped in Saturday morning and we were greeted by the story friendly staff. Prices were great, service was fantastic and the food was great!

Perfect breakfast place. Service was so fast, it was as if they knew what we were ordering before we walked in. Sunday is breakfast only — no lunch items are served. I had a fabulous egg and cheese sandwich on an onion roll with a side of hash browns. My friend had 2 eggs over easy with bacon and white toast. The food was so hot that it could literally burn your fingers and/or face upon table delivery. So incredibly inexpensive, too. Cash only.

A two day trip from Mass. out through Saratoga Springs, Ny, meandering the back roads through the sweet little town of Cambridge Ny. This was by far the best breakfast we’ve ever had out! Great friendly service, food made from scratch. Def the best red potato home fries, bacon, homemade breads etc. Hubby ordered the Farmers omelet & loved it. Portions are huge! We will be back again.

I have had countless breakfasts in my life. None compare to the two meals I have been luck enough to have at this fine establishment. Both were cooked well, and with care. One was several years ago the other was this morning. Quality lasts. Every time I come up to Cambridge I look forward to a visit.

Came across this diner during my Shaker History road trip. I could not have been more thrilled by this little gem. The adorable diner offers standard diner fare, at competitive prices, and outstanding service and quality. Our visit deemed this diner a 5⁄5 because of our enthusiastic red-headed waitress. She recommended the ‘Natalie Special’, named after her. It consisted of a double grilled roast beef and Swiss sandwich on rye. A MUSTHAVE! Stop by this place if you get the chance, don’t miss an amazing time. p. s. Best sweet potato fries, this side of the Mississippi

Great Breakfast! Typical breakfast menu. Everything is well prepared, hot, and delicious. And the service is prompt, friendly, and enthusiastic. I prefer sausage patties to links, and they offer a choice of either — a big plus for me. The main room is usually quite busy at breakfast, and the back room has space for larger groups and has a direct outside door, if you — as we sometimes do — have a VERY active toddler in your group. Try it!

This is the prime example of a local diner in a small town. Country Gals Café serves up breakfast and lunch in a casual setting. The layout of the place long shaped like classic diner, but the place looks updated and modern with hard wood floors and a long row of tables along the wall and high top tables in the front section. There is local artwork hanging on the walls for sale. The menu offerings include the typical breakfast dishes & items including eggs, 3 egg omelets, pancakes, French toast, breakfast sandwiches, plus grilled & cold sandwiches, clubs, burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, salads, fries, onion rings, and sides. Specials posted on the board. Most dishes priced $ 3.75-$ 8.25. Takeout containers 25 cents. I stopped here for lunch recently and took a seat at an open table. I ordered the Grilled Reuben($ 6.25) served with chips and a side of pasta salad($ 2). The place was quite busy around noontime lunch hour and the sandwiches and clubs coming out of the kitchen looked big! My food was served to my table in about 10 minutes. The good sized grilled reuben was thick and had thin slices of grilled corned beef(slightly chewy) with sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing on marble rye bread. The crispy ruffled potato chips were standard and salted. The chilled tri color pasta salad with pieces of ham had a tangy flavor. The ice cubes in my ice water cup melted rapidly, so drink quickly. Overall, my lunch was very tasty and filling and the service was prompt and friendly. CASHONLY SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Tues-Sat: 5:30AM-1:30PM Sun: 6AM-1PM
