ANTIQUES ON MAIN

Antiques on Main is absolutely massive. There are three full floors of goods, as well as a lot of different things to choose from. Want carnival glass, some rocks or some comic books? You can easily get all three here.
Prices can be a little high, but there is something for everybody here.

This is indeed my favorite antique store of all in the San Luis Obispo County. Whenever my boyfriend takes me to Cambria on vacation, I always have to stop into this store to shop! The store sells merchandise on consignment and each individual seller sets their own price. Sure there are some items that can be pricey but many are very reasonable. I have bought high quality sterling silver jewelry for as little as $ 3 here! But the majority of the jewelry items i buy cost around $ 10 a piece.
There are lots of sterling jewelry pieces with stone, some Victorian-​like, contemporary and Native American styles. Also there is a great selection of costume jewelry as well. This is the main reason why I like to shop here, older jewelry is often of better quality. The thing is, the jewelry they sell is in general, far superior to the new costume and sterling silver jewelry you can buy in most stores like Kohls, Ross, Sears, Target, or JcPenneys nowadays, and for less!
There is more then just jewelry however, there is also furniture, dolls, figurines, signs and more. The store has three levels with the second floor which is the main floor, housing the most items. This antique store is huge and there is so much to see that it can be time consuming. But this is one store that I want to waste time in. It is fun to see all the great things for sale.
The staff at this store are just wonderful. They are so nice and helpful. With being that this store is huge, it is amazing that they are always so willing to to help unlock a cabinet to show you something. They has such great patience and willingness to help their customers. Overall, an exceptional group of staff.

Great store lots and lots of stuff, we got some great deals here. We were in town for our 25^th wedding anniversary and this was the first antique store that we went in to, then we ended up coming back the next day to buy a few things that we saw on the first visit.

I’m not an antique fanatic, but this store has TONS of stuff to peruse. Saw a couple of glass platters that matched something I received as a wedding present. Guess I should be proud that I still have it and my husband:) You could easliy spend hours in there.
