came to fix my iPhone 6 screen after it had been shattered for about a half a month. pricing was about the same as it was in the Apple Store and I was more inclined to use this service because they do it all by hand unlike at the Apple Store where they use a machine and could potentially wipe my phone. screen was replaced fast and I was a few dollars short in cash when it came time to pay but the employee said it was alright and gave me a free screen protector. really nice guy and I know others who have used this store as well. would give it a full 5 except that when I got my phone back the metal framing had been bent a little bit. UPDATE: only 6 months later and my phone screen has started to Come undone from the metal frame. disappointed and frankly upset with the quality of this service.

DONOTGOTOTHEM!!! I have an HTC One M8 I called a few places and they told me they could not fix it or it would be $ 130 to fix but when I called south coast Alex Jr. told me $ 85 so I was like koo. When I got to the spot the older man Alex Sr. told me it would be $ 125 and I had to pay at least half. So I did and the following Monday Alex Jr. calls that the part is in so I took it in. After I sat waiting for about an hour and a half Alex Jr. tells me the screen wont turn on and that it could be a defective part. So I leave my phone and he tells me the part will take three days. I called the next day on Tuesday around 1 and he still hadn’t ordered the part. I call again on Friday and Sr. tells me the part should arrive that day call in the afternoon and Jr. says the part didn’t get there maybe tomorrow, On Saturday I call and no answer at all. I’m pissed at this point. I called on Monday hoping the part was in but Jr. tells me Tuesday maybe Wednesday. Id officially been without a phone for a week :(I asked Jr. if I was still going to be charged the full amount, his response was«well… yea… why?» I was like really you’ve had my phone for a week and it was working fine other than the glass and now it wont turn on like really. He then said he will ONLY charge me $ 100. I then had my phone picked up and refunded. I took it the next day(Tuesday) to a spot in Oxnard and guess what that same day I had my phone back. I would not recommend this place at all, they are very shady overpriced and just unprofessional. If I could give less than a full star I would.

I have an old iPhone 4s and the whole back cracked. I was just looking for a new otter-box because Verizon wanted $ 45 for a iPhone 4s really!!! The after market one here works just fine. The awesome part I got the back of my phone fixed and the case for $ 45! Won’t be going back to Verizon for help again. I will go back here is I need help again.

STRAIGHTUPSHADY! Went in yesterday to get my iPhone serviced. First Alex told me it was gonna be $ 60 to fix. Opened it up and told me he needed to replace my screen and it would cost $ 120. I then told him that I would like to keep the original screen as it was still in perfect condition. I requested a new working home button, he said $ 10 more. Upon completion of service, i was charged $ 150??? 120+10 is not 150. For the moment, my phone was working and I left somewhat satisfied. After 10 minutes, my phone went black and died again so I returned to see if he could help me, and he basically told me no refunds no warranty! If he knew something was wrong with my phone, he could have told me in the first place, rather than«attempting» to fix it, only resulting in more damage and in turn taking my money. I then asked for the screen he did not give me the first time!!! Shady business practice and poor customer service. I feel as if I were robbed. If i could, Id rather him take his replacement screen and button back and him refund me the $ 150 he stole from me. Please take your business elsewhere if you support honest businesses. I do NOT recommend coming here at all…

…I’m not fully finished with my review yet because the work has not yet been completed on my phone… but thus far I’ve had a fantastic experience! I have a brand new Verizon HTC thunderbolt and one night when I was in a drunken stupor I dropped my phone and cracked the glass on the phone and me being the person I am did not buy the insurance on the phone. I called almost everywhere and found South Coast Wireless in the yellow-book. I called and they explained that they could fix my phone for just about $ 100…this was amazing because I was looking at $ 600+ for a new phone… If all goes as planned I will totally be coming back here and referring people as much as possible :)
