I have lived here for 2 years, in that time we have seen 5 different managers come and go here. They LOST OUR SIGNED LEASE FORM, utterly LOST OUR MOST RECENT RENT CHECK, which then we were served a 3 day notice to pay (again…) and $ 50 late fee, and on top of that they refuse to fix anything! Our 1 year lease agreement signed 4 months ago is not even in their computer system! We had an inspection for them to fix things, and nothing was ever fixed in the slightest. The kitchen sink has not had a faucet in literally 7 months (since before the «inspection») and the bathroom has mold and mildew growing. This apartment complex is run by a bunch of crooks and idiots. And then they have the nerve to serve us and 17 other tenants with a 60 day notice to leave without any reasoning at all when our lease isn’t up for another 9 months! Needless to say we are trying to find somewhere else to live and get the hell out of this apartment complex. Ventura Investment Co. is a joke. Fuck you Pickwick Park Apartments.
