My old back problem played up again this morning. Normally I would trooper through but seeing this was my vacation I decided to let a professional look at it. Big problem it was Sunday and all the studios were closed. I’ve drove around and found Just Breath Pilates. Even though they were closed there was somebody inside the studio and I knocked on the window and explained my problem. Around an hour later I was outside again, with a back that felt a whole lot better. Thank god for all the stretching and those special exercises :-) Just Breath Pilates saved the day. The girl who helped me was very friendly and the atmosphere was very open. It was also extremely cool that they helped me, even though they were closed. I thanked them for that one a lot. But the girl brushed those words of with ‘happy to be of service’. One thing that was funny is: the studio has machines that looks like set pieces form 50 shades of grey. But they helped ;-) The stretching helped my back, but afterward the girl who helped me said I had let someone help with my back when I got home. Which was good advice.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio. Leslie, Jessica, and Lynette are extremely knowledgeable about proper Pilates techniques. The classes are small and therefore the clients can get great personal instruction. The ambiance of the studio is warm and friendly and it doesn’t take long to feel like one of the crowd. I highly recommend trying a few classes at Just Breathe Pilates Studio.

I’m not a fitness buff, but when I took a class with Lynette she was so thorough and encouraging that I felt like I could pursue Pilates as a recreational activity for whole health improvement. Splurge for the private sessions its sooo worth it!

I am no longer going here. Bought a package at the regular price and it totally wasn’t worth it. There is more talking than moving going on here. Also the studio had a bit of a clique-y vibe and caters to a much older population — the other women seemed to be long-time clients/friends with the owner. I felt like I was interrupting their personal time(awkward trying to concentrate on footwork while five other ladies are planning wine tastings and garage sales together, lol). Jessica is fun and upbeat and if she had her own studio, I’d totally go there.
