We recently worked with Windermere Camano Island on the purchase of a condo. I have never had such a good experience (4th home purchase). Marla was thoughtful, carefully listened to what we were looking for, and took us out multiple times until we found the right place to fit out needs. We were carefully walked through all the paperwork, given advice on comparables, and provided with frequent/​timely communication on the progress of negotiations. When issues came up at closing, they worked to find an effective compromise and in the end we have a place we love. On top of it all, when we arrived at our new place, we had a beautiful welcome gift. That was a new experience for me! Would recommend them without reservation!
