Just went this evening with my family for dinner. Staff was super nice and accommodating of my toddlers sandwich order. I have never had a bad experience here and would encourage others to come into this clean, well run Subway!

Was not impressed with the workers at all!!! I’m a vegetarian visiting family and it just so happens that we lost power. Dinner time came around and everyone was in the mood for a subway sandwich. The girls working were aware that my sandwich was a veggie sandwich, so a logical assumption would be that I don’t meat touching my sandwich, right? Well the girl making my sandwich after touching chicken, salami, and bacon came back to my cheese sandwich to put the veggies on. I kindly asked her to remake my sandwich which was not hard at all to put cheese on a foot long and put it in the oven. While going back to the gloves and bread she quietly whispered to the girl who she was working with and rolled their eyes. I’m sorry but that is bad customer service. We left and do not plan on returning. IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS THAT NEED TO BE MET WITH FOOD HANDLING, THIS IS «NOT» THE PLACE TO GO AT ALL!!!

I came here during lunchtime. Most of the tables were packed full. There was a long line behind me (must have gotten there at just the right time.) The staff was welcoming and nice. However, I got the vibe that the two girls that were working really didn’t like each other. The restaurant was clean, however it was a bit crowded. I was able to get my two sandwiches and leave within 7 min… I suppose the average wait time for sandwiches! :)

When you eat at chain places you are hoping for that familiar taste and service you’ve grown to enjoy. The place is always clean, I’ve always been greeted. I’ve been there when it was busy and it wasn’t understaffed and everyone was moving through the line. I haven’t been disappointed with the food, everything always taste fresh and familiar.

Will not accept a lot of the national franchise promo deals… They think they are special for being on the island… They also do not have enough workers during the lunch hour. EXPECT LONG WAIT TIMES…
