I wasn’t familiar with this company, placed an order online for a product that is hard to find, I was charged for merchandise plus shipping right away. In a week after my credit card got charged, I contacted the company by email, twice, asking about the status of my order. No reply. Then I tried to contact them on their Facebook page, which got me a rep’s reply very quick. I was told that the company does not ship, and deliver only within a certain area and I live out of delivery area. Then I asked for a refund, which I should not have been charged at all, if they knew they couldn’t de liver my order. I was told to wait 5 days for the refund to show up. After 5 days and no refund, I contacted the same rep again asking about the refund. I received another cancellation for my order and was told to wait two more days. After two more days and still no refund, I am not talking to them anymore. I disputed the charge with my credit card bank and not going to pay the amount charged. Still can’t understand why they charged me not only for the order that couldn’t be delivered, but for shipping which they don’t do to begin with! Never, ever doing business with them again. The ones living in the delivery area, beware! If you want your money back, you probably will never get it back.

10-​03-​2015 the first time I used ShopSmart. My driver was Danny and as the other three reviews say, Danny was courteous and prompt. The text you receive when he is on the way was very helpful. It shows his picture and location and his eta. I had groceries deliver from Jewel and he called to make sure I got everything on my ordered correctly. I am a previous user of peapod and had always liked using them, but they do not deliver where I live now. I can’t wait to use them for restaurant delivery.
PLEASE TRY THIS SERVICE AND POST ON Unilocal YOUR OPINION. IF YOU DON’T LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT IT THEY WONT BE AROUND FOR LONG.

Let me start off by saying I’m new to the area and ShopSmart actually makes my new transition into this community much smoother. I don’t have a car, so for me to get any restaurant delivered to my home is a score.
I used to use grub hub at my old apartment and it had limited choices; they only deliver mostly pizza and Chinese food. This new app can deliver all the restaurants that don’t deliver on it, so the list is endless when you are looking for a good place to eat from.
If you can get me Chipolte and boneless wings from Buffalo Wild Wings you got your self a life long customer.
My delivery driver Danny was great! He sent me a text message that showed me his location from when he got my order to when he arrived at my home. I LOVE this feature. I was able to look at the map to see when he got to the restaurant and when he left to bring me my food.
ShopSmart you are my new hero! You have my vote of approval.

I saw a Facebook Post for ShopSmart and I decided I was going to try it out. I am a single mom and very busy with work and when I get home after picking up my kids after a long day, I have to figure out what is for dinner! It is very difficult taking the kids to the grocery store just to pick up something for dinner.
I went on line to the website and downloaded the app on my IPhone. During my lunch break at work I placed my order through the mobile app for groceries to be delivered by 6:30. It was very simple and everything was so organized! I found a recipe I wanted to try from Pintrist and searched for all the ingredients on the app.
My SmartShopper was very nice and called me to let me know some things I wanted the store didn’t have and allowed me to get substitutions. He sent me a GPS of him from the grocery store to my house. When I was pulling into my garage, I saw my SmartShopper walking up to my door with all my groceries! My SmartShopper was very nice and had gotten my order correct! My family and I were eating dinner by 7 p.m. and they received a nutritious home cooked meal during the week!
I am so happy that a service like this exists! It is a God send! I have also tried the restaurant delivery and my food is always hot and I get it in under an hour! I also like that I can get my takeout from places that don’t normally deliver like Chipolte or Buffalo Wild Wings!
