Good freshly roasted coffee. Seating sparse but that’s ok, coffee made up for it.

DELICIOUS coffees and teas. I love the decaf lattes made with almond milk. My sister loves the iced chai. Great workers and yummy products.

Quaint eclectic coffee shop, the twist of course being that they roast their own beans! Gotta give them credit for that, fresh roasted, fresh ground, with pour over options! Don’t be in a rush, bring small bills and enjoy the smells of fresh coffee. If you’re going to take a hard pass on traditional coffee. Don’t worry, they have a great barista who can wipe up those silly drinks as well!

Fabulous double shot Americano there today. Full bodied, no bitter, just good strong coffee roasted and made right. ! Organic too — When in Calistoga, I’ll get my coffee here…

Simply a cool little coffee place. All beans are organic and roasted in house. The roaster sits in the middle of the communal space. Nothing fancy here; two covered old chairs, a table or two, and then some high benches in the corner to hang your legs. It’s quaint and warm. A small selection of baked goods in a small case on the counter. Not sure if they’re made here or brought in from a local baker(y). We were getting sleepy on the 128 drive heading to Yountville and snagged this place from Unilocal. We needed a jolt before an evening event. We had black brewed coffee and 3 cookies(2 chocolate chip and 1 snicker doodle). To be fair, she had 1 and I had 2. If you’re a big fan of Starbucks, you should probably move on. If you like local businesses run by local people doing a really good job and keeping it simple but serving up quality stuff that tastes like it should … then this is a good stop.

Unfriendly service, my latte was not made with love, no foam and tasted like watered-down milk. Very disappointing. My muffin however was delicious a blackberry, buttermilk muffin from ABC bakery.

Very cozy little coffee shop. We enjoyed our coffee. Ordered an americano and double espresso. Finally a coffee shop in the area who actually uses real Coffee mugs.

First time at this place and it’s very eclectic setting with art for sale on all the walls, excellent coffee roasted in house. There’s even a shelf full of books to read if you want to hang out and kill some time. Excellent prices and great service need I say more?!

Stopped in here for breakfast & coffee, the wait time was fine for only having one person taking orders and the other gal making drinks. Things I liked: Both employers were friendly and gave great recommendations. The look and feel of the place was unique — the place was filled with poetry and artwork. Cleanliness was great and also both the coffee and blueberry muffin was good. Only things that could have been better was the options of stuff to add to your drink and also location could be better just because it sits on the side of the building where there is no sun. Overall great shop

Did a drive by on a recent business trip and stopped after lunch. The owner/manager was working the floor and was a hoot. Quite the personality. At any rate the coffee was a cut above and the service was nice. I’d go back.

Not a fan. Iced coffee was so weak it had no taste, iced espresso had a very tart overtone. Was a mix of Mexican decaf & Uganda. The Mocha in our group got a thumbs up. Iced tea also weak. I know people are used to the Starbucks or Peet’s taste, but I roast my own coffee from many different regions of the world & this place really missed the mark for me/us.

Here’s your real coffee, Calistoga. They offer a fresh pour coffee from a selection. The service is friendly, the ambiance is less touristy — more coffee house and the coffees both drip and espresso were great. I cannot vouch for the food since we just had coffee but here’s the best place we found to get coffee in Calistoga.

Meh… muffin was good, but get some real cap cups please. Stopped here in Calistoga on the way to a winery stop. I like places that pay a little bit more attention to detail. I plan to explore other options in the area.

Tasty, tasty. The smell perked me, the flavor followed, and the cool lacquered art and non-touristy vibe topped it off. Glad I have a mellow café in the area now, well roasted beans!

Sitting here enjoying my peppermint mocha and avoiding the cold weather outside. It’s a cozy spot and the service was great! The girl at the counter was fairly quick, considering she’s the only one working. I’m loving the fact that their coffees are all organic. They roast all their coffee beans here. Prices are comparable(slightly higher on just a couple drinks but not bad) to Starbucks, but I feel much healthier drinking these. I tried the chai latte as well, and while it’s not as sweet as what I’m accustomed to, I still liked it. They also have some yummy pastries available. Definitely a spot to bookmark next time you’re in town.

Far superior coffee to Calistoga roasting co. Much better service. Love the displays of local artists and authors and the reclaimed wood coffee bar makes this place both rustic and welcoming. The two tables are works of art themselves. Take time to read the quote on the bar especially if you are a literary lover. All Organic and some coffees are fair trade certified which is a huge, huge thing for me. Exceptionally knowledgable and incredibly friendly service. I felt so welcomed here. Artisan pour overs are a MUST try, as well as wonderful espressos. I wish they had white chocolate but I am in heaven with their velvety smooth berry-rich ethiopian. Cannot wait to come back and visit to try other varieties for these reasons.
