I have been going here for a few years now and LOVE Crystal! She is always extremely dependable and super quick! I feel like she is my grandma away from home. I always trust her to do an amazing job!!!

They always do a great job. Very reliable. No headaches no gimmicks no price changes no problems. It’s always a good experience.

Bar none this is the best dry cleaning establishment I have ever dealt with. The owner, Shauna, is so diligent about their work and the customer service I would recommend this establishment without reservation. It doesn’t get better than this in the dry cleaning world.

Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable. Also, I will only go to Shana for alteration needs. Always quality work on small to major needs. She had fixed my wedding dress so that I could look my best on my special day a few years back. Shana just performed a transformation on a horribly made, custom made, bridesmaid dress that I had to purchase through etsy. What a Life Saver!!!

This is the only dry cleaner I enjoy using. They are always friendly to me and while I might pay a little more (less than a few dollars) than I would in other places, it is the little things they do as a customer courtesy such as fixing the hems on my clothes that are wearing out or in pants that are splitting. Shana has even gotten out stains from clothing that I thought I would definitely have to replace. The fact that she has so many customers and every time I go in she says, «Hello Matt! How is your day going?» She keys up my phone number by memory and to be honest I only stop in once every 6 — 8 weeks with either my wife’s dry cleaning or a few things for me. Always get my cleaning back on time and for a reasonable price!

Stay away from this scamming «dry cleaners.» I brought 7 of my boyfriends collared shirts that needed to be dry cleaned here and the lady (who was extremely rude) wanted to charge me $ 50. When I asked her why it cost so much she looked at me as if I were the crazy one and said you can’t find cheaper! I had a coupon for 35% off for new customers and she acted as if paying $ 35 was still a good deal. Needless to say I went to another cleaners off kanan and they were much more friendly and it only cost $ 2.50 to do the same job and I am sure they will do it better. Even if this rude business person offered to dry clean my clothes for free I still wouldn’t go here. Being that rude to a customer is just unacceptable.

I LOVE Shana! My family has been using Crystal Cleaners for over 10 years now. I no longer live in Calabasas but still drive all the way there to use their services. Her tailoring, etc. work is the best! I’ve referred several co-​workers and all of them have been more than happy. She’s saved me quite a few times with dress mishaps. I’m surprised someone said they are overpriced? That person must not be from around the area. Shana is a gem and locals love using Crystal Cleaners.

Stay away from this overpriced dry cleaner,. Although I did not ask for an estimate, imho one should be given without having to ask, especially on what is going to be a costly item., when I came to pick up my king size comforter and was told it would cost $ 50, I refused to pay that as it was brand new and barely cost me more than that on ebay-​perhaps $ 75.Rude owners,. Took it in on Friday was 3 day turn around. I will never use this place again. There is another cleaner across the street by Albertson’s for anyone who lives in the area

Crystal Cleaners really is about as good as it gets. Friendly, dependable, and consistent. We’ve been coming here for years and have enjoyed their valet service for a few years now. This is just a wonderful family business that earns your business, and my coveted 5 stars, everyday. We’re lucky to have Shanna, her husband and Crystal Cleaners in our neighborhood.

I just had a queen sized feather down comforter cleaned here and was thoroughly impressed. The turn around time was acceptable and the comforter itself looked and smelled brand new. I purchased it in 2009 and never had it cleaned before, so I was thoroughly impressed.
Also, the woman who is usually in the front was very nice. Definitely recommended if you live around town.

You will love this Dry Cleaners! I’ve been going to this Dry cleaner for a long time. They ALWAYS deliver ahead of time and the clothes come back magnificently cleaned and pressed! They even pick up and drop off and not at those prices that charge for the service! Their prices are affordable and they will always go the extra mile or two for no charge!
I even had the seamstress do the tailoring on my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. EVERYTHING was expertly done!
They are good hard working people who know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about!
Why not give ‘em a go… you will never go anywhere else to get your clothes cleaned.

Shana is the best. She is always there, and offers personable high quality service. She has saved us many times when needing something done fast going out of town, or sewing our kids pants for assembly at school, or sewing on girl scout patches at the last minute.
