My family and I have been loyal customers to Passion Cleaners for over 16 years. Bob and Anna are the best. Anna has done all of the alterations for my most important clothes and for my most special occasions (i.e., my and my sister’s Bat Mitzvahs, graduations, family weddings, etc.). Anna has a lot of experience and is a true professional — she is the ONLY person whom I trust with my most valuable pieces of clothing and important alterations.
Their dry cleaning services are topnotch as well. They have managed to get out the most impossible stains for me — I don’t know how they work their magic. I am very careful with whom I let touch my clothes, which is why I only trust Passion Cleaners.

I’m a longtime customer of Passion Cleaners. I highly recommend them. Anna has been taking care of all my alterations for as long as I can remember. They are great.

Just warning you all, but my first time here and already a bad experience. I took my wife’s dress from Bebe there and they had to repeated clean it because they stated the multiple colors on the dress that bleed. After about 3 weeks and 5 repeated cleaning sessions, which each time I had to come in to pickup and look at the dress myself only to find and point out that there was a stain which needed to be re-​cleaned. After this nuisance, I told the owner to just refund the money and I would take it somewhere else. His response was that he couldn’t clean it anymore, as he has already spent more than what I paid to go get it cleaned. Customer satisfaction is definitely not there priority.
The most ridiculous thing is that he had the nerve to question whether the stain was there on the my 3^rd visit to pick up the dress. I have ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision, and was very patient with this place, but that was unprofessional and insulting. Even after he looked and saw the multiple stains that were caused by their cleaning technique, he agreed to clean the dress again (3^rd visit)…after all this, he didn’t even apologize for the accusation. Save your time, don’t go here.

I’m very disappointed with this place. I had to take my dress FOUR times to get a simple stain out. Even after taking it as many times I did, the male owner said I was lying about the stain as it was staring us both in the face. Not worth the hassle. I would have been more satisfied if he would have offered to refund my money and acknowledged that he was incapable of cleaning my dress.

The service from the gentleman at this place was great, it seems to be run by him and a lady who does the actual alterations. I came here on a chance because it was the closest place to my job where I could have alterations done, I have to get all my dress shirts altered because I am a large across the shoulders and a small across the torso, when I arrived the seamstress pinned my shirts and they all looked good. After waiting 2 weeks I came to pick up the shirts and there was hardly any fabric removed off the sides, nowhere near how much she had pinned off, the shirts all still fit me like a sack of potatoes. When I brought this to the gentleman’s attention he was very nice and apologetic about it but the seamstress who was not present but on the phone with him insisted she had done the work, acknowledged the fact that some alterations had been done but nothing near what was originally pinned. She still wanted to charge me 20 per shirt for doing practically nothing. I was polite so was he this is why I gave the place 2 stars instead of 1, I refused to pay took my shirts and left. Would not recommend.

I love these guys! Robert & Anna have been doing my cleaning for over 21 years. They are like family. Very friendly, very reasonably & very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything! Even helped my son out when he had a garage sale for charity by supplying racks & hangers! Ther are awesome!
