We were visiting saint Clements island Colton point museum. The boat captain and a museum employee told about the place. If your in a area must to visit place. Nice location good food and great hospitality. I had a soft shell fry crab sandwich. Yummy! I was worried about my girl friend because she is vegetarian. Surprisingly they prepared the food just for her. Friendly place and they try to connect with guests like a family.

This is a wonderful family owned establishment. Community roots for over 50 years! Great country breakfast and small menu with great food the rest of the day. Small local bar with great local talent entertaining through out the summer.
Everyone I have ever taken there never heard of it but consitantly return on their own.

Just a country store with fishing and boating supplies and a Kitchen. Get the Crab Balls. They are heavenly and 99% crab meat. Their Cream of crab soup is the Best I have ever eaten.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience in the quiet little corner of Bushwood. Didn’t know what to expect, but its low key atmosphere mixed with the local hometown feel made for quite the cozy experience. The waterfront backdrop made for the perfect setting for enjoying the colossal sized steamed prawns, soft shell crab and decently refreshing mango summer frozen cocktail. Next time, we will give the notoriously talked about crab cake a try. Worth the trip for anyone down in the St. Mary’s county area of So MD.
