just some constructive critiscm the young white guy behind the counter you need to watch the arrogance its not all about you, you need to put the focus back on the customer we dont al work at a vape shop where its ok to vape with the biggest machine, you need to listen to the customers needs, your arrogance is not helping the acceptance of the vaping community

With vape and smoke shops popping up in every neighborhood every now and then, I always thought it would be difficult to find one that offers a relaxed, no-​pressure environment; friendly, non-​rushed, and helpful customer service…
Enter Master Piece Vape & Smoke Shop.
The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Mike. Offered a friendly hello and great customer service from start to finish. I told him about my recent start to vaping and some experience of what I have used and tried, what I had in mind to buy, and he pointed me in the right direction of what my next step should be and what I should get, from mods and tanks. He told me what each product had to offer, pros and cons, the whole nine yards. I could tell he wanted me to leave satisfied and with no regrets.
Then came the juice selection. I have never seen a vape shop with such a variety. Again, I told Mike of what I have tried and wanted to stick to something on the fruity/​sweet side. He must have showed me at least 20 different flavors and I truly liked half of them and really narrowed it down to a top 5. Will definitely buy more flavors here in the future.
And to top it off, Mike took the time to explain the fine details of what I was buying, how it works, how to set it up, etc. Sure, you can go to any vape shop and you can buy a mod, tank, and juice, but the personal customer service that Mike offered is really top class that you just don’t find anywhere. Definitely will come back here again, my new go-​to vape shop and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
And another big plus is just the look, design, and feel of the shop. Very classy, especially with the bar like counter where you can just sit and relax or try new things.

I came in to get a quick juice and ended up with one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had.
The store is richly warm and inviting with three adorable dogs (schnauzers FTW) playing while they hook you up with all the flavours you’ve ever wanted (and ones you didn’t know about).
By the time I finished I felt at home and didn’t want to leave. This has instantly become my go-​to vape store without question. I’ll be vaping more than usual just so I have a reason to visit faster.
I was pleasantly surprised when Mike kindly offered to clean my vaporizer. For free.

Was only my second time here, but boy, are the guys here friendly! I like how vape shops like Master Piece really are a community hang spot. I lost track of time as I tried a BUNCH of flavors, played with hypoallergenic puppies, and kicked it with Mike, the owner, and Jesse. Today I picked up Coastal Clouds’ «The Voyage» and Oregon Vapor’s «Pink Bunny». Thanks you guys!

After running out of juice late one evening, I searched for vape shops near my apartment and this was the closest. Given the neighborhood and the fact they were still open at 10PM, I’d assumed it would be one of those head-​shop bodegas and I’d have to settle for whatever sketchy juice they had for sale. Instead I walked into a full-​on vape lounge with comfy seats, an old-​school arcade machine in the corner and a friendly and knowledgable owner.
Here’s why I’m psyched to have found this place:
DEVICES
Mike ended up helping me find a replacement for my beaten-​up Kanger Subox – a Defender II that was on sale for an excellent price (when I got home, I discovered that, with shipping, it would have cost MORE at most online vape shops!). This is awesome, because while I strongly prefer supporting local shops, it’s tough to stomach the 50 – 100 percent markup most of them charge when compared to buying online. Though Master Piece’s prices are still a bit more than buying online, it’s an extremely reasonable price to pay for knowledgable explanations of the gadgets and the chance to try a juice before you buy it.
JUICES
They also have an awesome selection of juices. I’ve long been searching for a decent sour-​tasting juice, but after asking at 4 or 5 shops over the last few months I only found 1 that fit the bill (Jimmy the Juice man’s Shurb). When I told him I liked Shurb, Mike lined up five or six bottles on the counter, including a couple brands I haven’t seen anywhere else. I loved three of them and bought two: Peachy Strawberry (another Jimmy’s flavor), and The Abyss (from Coastal Clouds).
LATE HOURS
I’m kind of a night owl and I often work late. But most places close at 8 or 9, and the overworked employees tend to ask you to GTFO at closing time. Arriving at Master Piece at 9:45, I was prepared for death stares from the people behind the counter. Instead they made me feel welcome, took time to answer all my questions, and made sure I was happy with my choices.
AMBIANCE
Lots of wood, lots of space, comfy surroundings, and a super-​chill vibe.
At one point Mike made a joke about business being slow, and I can definitely see how that would be the case for a shop in this spot versus, say, Midtown or Williamsburg. But these guys seem to be doing everything right. I do not want this place to close. So go there and spend some money, so that they survive long enough for the hipster-​gentrification wave to reach Myrtle-​Wyckoff.

This place is great. Came in looking for a new device, and was greeted immediately by a friendly guy behind the counter. There were a few people hanging at the bar and the place looked really nice. Mike gave me a run down about batteries and tanks and the merits and pitfalls of different systems. Very knowledgable, and led me to a very satisfying purchase. He also made some great recommendations for juices based on my preferred flavor palate. Friendly and educational throughout the whole process, he even threw in a few freebies. Super welcoming vibe, great selection, great price. I highly recommend this place :)

Impeccable customer service! After searching for a shop closer to home this gem popped up and I decided to give them a try. Mike and Tei were extremely helpful and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I wish them the best of luck in the Bushwick location.
