Needed a dryer as ours died. Checked online and it should that Lowes had the dryer we wanted in stock — 85 of them! Went to the store to check out all dryers, just in case. Very upsetting top say the least. first, all they have are electric dryers. OK, so electric or gas dryers have the same features — no big deal. Well, the big deal is that we were told it takes a week to get a gas dryer! Store stock says you have 85 dryers — yes, says the salesman, but that’s 85 in the warehouse and it takes a week to get one! Also — installation and removal of the old dryer = $ 140.00. At Home Depot the same service was only $ 70.00. Needless to say, I left in a hurry! Will not ever look at Lowes again for appliances.
