I flet like a Sprint Cup driver. I made an appointment for 8:30 am and arrived a little early. Paul met me at the door, took my keys and had one of the crew pull it into a service bay. The crew had all 4 tires off before I even picked out my tires. Paul steered me toward a great tire for my vehicle at a great price. When he brought my keys to me less than 30 minutes later, I thought it was a mistake. It wasn’t. I’ve been buying tires for nearly 30 years and I’ve never been done in less than 1 ½ to 2 hours, EVER! Thank you Discount Tire, I’ll be back.

I was highly impressed how fast they were considering they were busy when we showed up at 10:30am. They did have special going on where can get up to 100 bucks back by buying 4 tires. I got 75 bucks back because I got a «better» tires but not the «best» to get the 100. They offered an additional 60 bucks off if you are approved for their credit card. I’m good. I would’ve just gave them the 60 bucks back in interest. It’s always a drag hearing there is something else you need to fix with your car, but they were honest and sincere about it. The guy that helped was very nice and personable. He even recommended a tire that his put on his daughter’s car. The only thing I can «complain» about it, the wait time to speak to someone about tires. They were kinda busy. They should have another person helping. After a while, they did add someone else, but it didn’t help me at that moment in time.
