Family Chiropractic of Burr Ridge, P.C.

I have been going to Family Chiropractic for years now for back and knee pain. The treatments I get from Dr. Carrie are gentle, and very effective in helping me to live a full pain free life. When I see a doctor, I expect 3 things. I want to feel better, expect to be treated well by the office staff, and want my insurance, account and payment handling to be accurate. This office exceeded all those expectations from my first contact with Office Manager Laura, who manages the practice. Her knowledge of the equipment they have, and her willingness to spend time answering new patient questions along with her friendliness, and professionalism was impressive.
Dr. Carrie specializes in Activator adjusting, as well as hands on adjusting. He has awesome therapy tables as well, and all this laser light equipment. He spends a lot of time with his patients, listens and does not utilize more care than necessary or have you sign contracts and run down your visit limit, or any of that stuff to keep you coming back FOREVER. It is clear from the atmosphere in their busy lobby that they have many long term patients that appear to love coming in, and appear to have great experiences like I did.
They have been in business many years, obviously as a result of their dedication to patient care. You will be happy you’ve tried Family Chiropractic of Burr Ridge, and will no doubt end up referring friends or family to them when necessary. I’ve referred many and all of them have remained long term patients, and have had good results and pain relief. You will have no regrets!

I would NOT recommend this place, the lady who owns the place, Laura is extremely ignorant and unprofessional. I was on the phone with Laura when my cell phone service must have been going in and out, she assumed I had hung up on her and started talking crap about me to her employees all while I listened on the other end. When I called back to confront her, she was surprised I heard her and didn’t have anything to say. I asked to speak with somebody else because I did not want to deal with somebody so ignorant and she rudely said she owned the place and that if I didn’t want to deal with her I was out of luck.
She is a horrible representation of this company. I would recommend anybody who reads this to find a place who has people who care about their customers and believe in customer privacy, after all it is their customers who give them their business.
