Mama’s

The first time I went to this place the food is not that that great and the customer service is extreme slow. The secound time I had went there I had gotten sick from that places. I do not recommend this place.

There was a long line and annoying only one person manning the counter while another employee just chilled in the back. Parking is awful and small so good luck finding a place to park when it’s packed. They don’t list their prices and that is something that is sketchy as heck and for good reason.
For a small ice cream, It starts at 3 dollars. For a milkshake, Nearly 5. To get something like a hot dog, You are paying 3.50. At those prices and considering the quality, It’s not worth it. The ice cream and milkshake wasn’t bad by any means but was it worth the money I paid for it? Not really. I’d have been better off hitting up a local Stewart’s and getting it there.
It wasn’t bad to try as I had never been there before but I wouldn’t go back. There’s a lot better ice cream stands in the area.

Been coming here for years! Love the people who are staffed there and their greek gyros are the best! The price for everything there is acceptional. Im bummed they are closed for the season make sure to stop in if your ever in town!

One of my favorite places in Burnt Hills. Great food, ice cream, and shakes. Contrary to the other review, the service is fine. This isn’t the McDonald’s drive through… Support your local business!

Mama’s has the slowest service in the Capital Region. The ice cream is ok but the milkshakes are weak at best. There are far better ice cream establishments in the immediate area.
