Horrible customer service, and management. Ordered an asagio spicy chicken sandwich and had to ask why it came with American cheese. Only to find out they were «out and just decided to put American instead” — day shift manager. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering that specific sandwich. Waited for my last sandwich of the order, went to the counter to inquire about it and was asked myself if that order sitting behind the counter was mine!!! I was then told that nobody informed the girl who took my order that the order was done, so that’s why it just sat there. If I could rate the overall experience in the negative I would.
