Came in to get some paint samples, but there wasn’t anyone working the area. Why is it when you actually need help, staff seems to disappear? After finally finding someone who wasn’t busy (in the lighting department), I was very pleased. They assisted me until the paint department staff came to finish up the job. I got the samples I needed and learned the difference and benefits of the various sheens.

Bad customer service. I cannot stand a company that does not honor their sales prices. Even after I printed out the sales price of the refrigerator from my online cart, showing the sales price was valid from 10÷5−10÷6. I even printed out the screen shots of the conversations with the online representative, Maria W, assuring me that the store must honor the online sales price, and that the price would not change in the middle of the day, and I would still be able to apply the military discount in store. I guess I was too trusting. I would not think Home Depot would use bait and switch tactics on their customers. I even called their customer service number, they tell me the sale never existed. I have the print out right in front of me, but the sales price never existed huh? Never again.
