Permanent Make-Up by Dawn

I would like to add to my review after Dawn commented. Dawn offered to do my lips for $ 150.00. That was a month after i paid for lip liner and full lips. She obviously has forgotten what she said to me. Dawn did not stand by her work where I am concerned. She had Facebook remove my negative review of her work. I think that practice is unfair to any future clients she has, they need to know the good and bad of any business. In Dawn’s own words «Do your homework before you have permanent make-​up done. I wish I had carried out that task, because it cost me a lot of money for someone else to correct Dawn’s work.

I’ve been thinking about getting my eyebrows done for some time now and as I visit family in Raleigh, I was subscribed to Living Social for that area. Dawn was running a special on permanent makeup so I started doing my research via the web on Dawn’s business. She had rave reviews on her site and after speaking with her via email and text, I felt extremely comfortable choosing her.
I was not disappointed at all with the results from my permanent makeup. From the moment I arrived, she put me at ease. Immediately she numbs the area that she will be working on and continues to check to make sure there’s no pain throughout the process. She’s definitely a perfectionist and will use measurements to make sure the eyebrows are aligned properly — and she will get your opinion throughout the process. The procedure took about 3 hours and you leave there knowing exactly what to do for the after treatment. Then 6 weeks later, you go back for any touch ups (free of charge). I highly recommend Dawn! I’m going back in March for eyeliner.
