I love the décor and ambiance of this place. It was rustic yet industrial. There are cute window seats with metal bar stools, perfect for a coffee and work session. The staff is friendly and patient. I really enjoyed the spiced chai latte and oatmeal crème cookie. A perfect afternoon pick me up. I will certainly be back!

I’ve been a fan since the beginning. Holly and the rest of the crew are great to see, and always incredibly friendly. The espresso is perfect and would give any coffee shop around here a run for its money. Trendy and nicely decorated, it appeals to everyone that walks through the doors. I always leave feeling happy.

Love this little coffee shop! Friendly staff and very good drinks. The smoothies are a must try — everything is fresh cut and frozen — we work a block or two away and do smoothies for lunch maybe every other week. I’ve tried a couple hot drinks as well — the coffee blend and the mocha and they were also quite good. Pricing is about equal to Starbucks.

Happened upon The Blend & Co. while we were trying to kill time due to a train delay. I’m glad it there was a delay! Especially since we definitely stumbled upon this special place in Burlington.
I’m always a sucker for the smell of coffeehouses and this place is no exception, the smells flood your senses with all of the goodness they offer here. I was looking for a pick-​me-​up and decided on a chai latte. Luckily for me, the barista? (Do they call them that here… not sure) but she offered the seasonal special chai latte that had pumpkin spices in it. Win-​Win.
Super impressed with the really relaxed and cool vibe of this place. You can easily meet a friend here or just get some work done — I’m assuming they have wifi — but they had plenty of nice sitting areas… even a semi-​private large table for maybe a large meeting of 6 – 8 people? There are some small tables out front as well if you want to take in the passerby folks of downtown Burlington.

This coffee shop is a breath of fresh air! Why? It’s a combination of the bright, airy décor and the bubbly employees. You can just feel the energy and «good vibes» when you enter. Great seating layout indoors with some café type seating on the front sidewalk. The light colored walls and woods really open the place up. Minimalistic, neat and clean. Fancy touches here and there and warm friendly smiles from staff. Way better than average Latte hit the spot! Throw in some excellent Unilocal company and I’m definitely a fan!

I have a baby on board and like to have options when it comes to my coffee. The blend is awesome. The atmosohere, staff, and different options are a rarity for Alamance County. They have almond milk, coconut milk, and gluten free options. They have some smoothie options and plenty of seating for now, but once the secret gets out, that will change!

Great place in downtown. The staff is fantastic, as are the coffees and especially the smoothies. They will make them however you like, with all kinds of options. The space is great for work or hanging out.

I tend to drink lots of coffee super early in the morning, so I’ve not yet had the coffee here. What I have had, though, is their chai latte. It rules. The baristas actually know how to foam a latte, and the chai is more savory than sweet. I even received an intricate floral pattern done in honey on top of the foam.
I hope that The Blend is a harbinger of business for downtown Burlington. It’s a clean, bright, and welcoming environment with affable staff.
Have a meeting here – or read a book – or bring a family member just to share some tasty liquids. Oh, and whatever you do, get a pastry, too.

Skilled baristas, tasty snacks, GF options, comfy seats.
The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the hard floors that amplify sounds.

My fiancé and I went there the other day for the first time and it was fantastic. He got a dark roast coffee and fixed it himself whereas I got a Mexican Mocha and it was delicious. I asked for it to be a little less spicy and they served it up perfectly. I don’t know where they get their beans but wherever they do get them, the coffee is smooth with a nicely roasted flavor. We also got a lemon bar and it was unbelievably amazing. Just the right amount of lemon flavor with a slightly gooey center and a crumbly crust. The price wasn’t too bad either, instead of buying a coffee at Starbucks you can get one here for the same amount and it will be infinitely better.

Beautiful place! Very good coffee and excellent baked goods. Fantastic atmosphere, exactly what Burlington needs!

To begin, this establishment has some fantastic coffee! My girlfriend and I had just moved to the area after backpacking trough Italy and I thought I would never be able to drink American espresso again but found myself pleasantly satisfied with my order here.
Great ambiance as well. I really enjoyed hanging here, listening to the music and people watching.

I no longer live in the area, but The Blend makes me wish I did! I’d go every day. This is a gem in downtown Burlington. The atmosphere is light, friendly and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable, coffee is delicious and they offer gluten-​free and vegan options.

Excellent atmosphere for hanging out. There is an open floor plan with lots of seating options, but there are still some smaller spaces to nook into that feel cozy. All of the drinks I’ve tried here are excellent, yet I always find myself coming back to the smoothies. Sooooo good! The best part for me is that they’re conscientious about food sensitivities. If you want to try something, but you’re allergic to a key ingredient, they’ll still find a way to make it for you. Much appreciated!

Nice place to hang with great coffee. Clean looking place with nice décor. Has smoothies and snacks, like fruit parfaits, etc. Health conscious but not maniacally so. I was there later in the day and the snacks on the counter looked rather sad, but I go there for the coffee and items on the menu. Staff are very nice and friendly. I hope it grows into a Camino Café (Winston — Salem). Priced right. I will be back.

Locally owned and operated coffee shop which is absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere fits right in with downtown burlington. The drink and pastry choices are top notch and made well. This is a must place to go simply because you know you will get good things at a great price!

Awesome new coffee spot in downtown Burlington! I had the Spice Chai on my first visit and will certainly be going back to try the rest of their menu. Very sleek and chic look. Highly recommended place!

It is so great to finally have a coffee place in downtown Burlington. They have the standard drinks along with some specialties, like a Mexican Mocha with hot spices. Plenty of tables, nice atmosphere. They also have some bakery goods for snacks. Will be returning often.

The downtown renaissance of Burlington continues with the addition of The Blend & Co. The Blend & Co. brings great choices of different and rich coffee blends, teas and fruit smoothies. They also have delicious pastries. The costs are very reasonable. The staff make you feel welcome. The design of the shop light, open and well thought out. I know this shop is new and establishing itself and its’ market. My only suggestion is, when financially prudent, buy and expand into the space next door. More space for people and a venue for artists to perform would be great.
