Had a great experience at the store with Reggie Hershey he was so helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We had to wait 6 days for our mattress to be delivered so same day delivery is not an accurate statement on their part. In addition to that the wrong frame was sent out on the truck. So the delivery crew had to come the following day as well. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that when I posted this comment on the sleeptrain site they deleted the portion regarding the problem with the deliver time and frame install.

My husband and I were looking for a new bed and we already had one in mind. The sales man got us a pillow to try out the beds so that we would know how it feels properly. We did go for the bed we had in mind and they sold us on bed protectors. Which to some might be a waste of money but if you don’t want to keep the plastic on your mattress I highly recommend the bed protectors. It’s a cloth on top and plastic on the bottom and there’s another cloth sheet that’ll keep bed bugs out. I’ve never had bed bugs but this new bed is huge its best to be safe. Anyways great place and great experience. My husband and I are happy

We had a positive experience with this store. I appreciate the method used to help us find the best mattress for us. Our salesperson, Sean, wasn’t pushy or aggressive, just very informative.
