Since the transition to the new owner, the quality of grocery and fresh vegetables have degraded… infact its just BAD! (Rotten tomatoes, aged potatoes, dry coriander leaves) I even brought it to manager’ s attention, showed him the rotten tomatoes, he told me the stock cannot be replaced until all the old ones are sold!!!
I have stopped shopping there after that experience.

The have lots of variety of products.
The quality of fresh vegetables has degraded.
I got some Tapioca papad from them which had live caterpillars.
Now I am really scared to buy any thing from the store.
My advice will be to check whatever you buy from this store.

We bought an ORBIT Roti maker from here. It worked the first time then stopped. The store manager refused to take it back. He wanted us to contact ORBIT and return it to them. No store credit either.
We should have suspected it since the manager was ready to give us a discount if we paid in cash.
Too bad for the store — they lost a long term customer! Indian stores are by dime a dozen — I will take my business else where.

I used to like the store but not anymore. Recently I had a bad experience with Dharmesh where he did not care what I was trying to explain about a fruit that turned out to be bad the next day. He also tried to prove that I am the moron who does not get what he is trying to say. WOW! I wonder what does he think of himself.
Anyway, he lost a customer which is not a good thing for any business.

Love this place. The couple that runs this place are sweethearts.
I go in for my weekly insense stock-​up and they always have the right one. I have also purchased many CDs, their CD and DVD selection is REALLY good.
I went in a few days ago looking for a particular artist (A. R. Rahman) and she only had an instrumental one available but she told me to come back soon and she would have more for me to choose from. So I stopped in today for insense and sure enough she had put out several awesome ones for me to choose from including some of his best collections. I WAS SO HAPPY

They have a terrific assortment of sauces and condiments in jars. I saw so many types of nan bread that I couldn’t decide and needed a breather before picking one. I got some marsala sauce and a can of coconut milk that I later cooked up with some chicken in the fridge. It was fab!
Also, on the way out, I ordered a samosa to go, which was quite good, but lacked any sweet pickle condiment.

Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness and discourteous behavior from the 2 wenches behind the counter. They had the gall to give me dirty looks when I asked the price of something, talked to each other and snickered while I was checking out, and didn’t give me all of my bags when I left. Produce was mushy and moldy, and prices are terrible. Take your business elsewhere!
