Pizzeria Presti

My boyfriend and I stopped in here after shopping at the mall, BEST SUBS EVER. I’m honestly not a sub kind of girl, I normally hate them. We shared the teriyaki chicken sub and had provolone on it. It was incredible. The small could serve 2, and the large could probably even serve 4. Incredible prices for the quality and size. I’m tempted to drive the 30 minutes from my house JUST to eat here!

We LOVE their Veggie pizza. The fresh broccoli and peppers really make this pizza a flavorful delight! This is our go to home delivery option for nights that we need a quick, yummy supper.

So the food here was fine but the look of the place in my opinion… nope. When you go somewhere to eat you don’t want to feel grossed out by what is around you but I guess you have to deal with it when you are hungry.
I went here for the first time because I needed to pick up something from the mall and had a plan to eat there. When I arrived at the mall it was way too busy so I decided to go try this pizza. Before I went inside I read some reviews. I wasn’t quite sure how I felt about trying this but I was hungry.
I walked in and it was very quiet. I honestly didn’t even hear the people working there talking. Usually people talk to one another while working but that is their relationships at work and I can’t make them talk or say it made their business bad. Who knows maybe they were talking just not at the time.
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and went to a table to sit down and wait for it. The table was absolutely disgusting and so was the seats with bits of food on them. It just didn’t feel clean and they should be checking to see if things are clean. I got napkins and cleaned it myself but I still felt kind of uncomfortable.
My food came and they really didn’t put that much pineapple on the pizza but It didn’t bother me. The pizza also had a lot of cheese on it but I like cheese, so it was good. I finished the pizza then left. I don’t think I will be going back unless I have to because now I kind of understand why it was very quiet and people don’t like it much.
I know people read reviews and decide if they will go and thats a pretty smart idea, but if you want pizza to go or want to try it go ahead. There is nothing wrong with the food itself. If you want a new pizza place to go to nearby just go to Regina Pizzeria in the mall, it has the best pizza.

I needed a bunch of pizzas delivered to a party in Burlington and went with Pizzeria Presti because it was one of the closest to the venue, even though the reviews here were overall not that great. I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery guy was friendly, found the place with no problem, and the pizza arrived hot, ten minutes early, and cut into sixteen slices rather than eight (for kids) just as I had requested.
As for the pizza itself, look, tastes are personal. I’m from Bridgeport, Connecticut, where we are pizza snobs and think that no pizza anywhere else in the world compares to our local «apizza», what the rest of the world calls «New Haven style». Pizzeria Presti doesn’t change my opinion on that. But Presti’s pizza has a nice crust, thin but not too thin, the right amount of sauce and toppings and good cheese. It’s definitely a big step up from the national chains in terms of quality, at a really fair price.
If the crust were a little more flavorful, the sauce not quite so sweetened, and with just a little more cheese, I’d have given it five stars. But I would probably have to be closer to my home turf to get all those things in one pizza. I’m certainly not disappointed with Presti’s, and I’ll order from them again in a minute if I’m back in Burlington.

I used to like this place. I ordered a bunch of stuff to be delivered for lunch for myself and several coworkers.
One of the salads had a dead spider in it. We called, they were rude about it, in the end they told us we would get a free salad next time. There is no next time. I dont want a free insect salad. I rather pay for a clean salad.
Wash your lettuce!!!

If I could give less than a star I would. The service over the phone was so bad I had to cancel the order before they even sent the food out. If Peter if the owner and that’s how he talks to customers over the phone there is no help. To add to horrible customer service who tells someone they have to know the tip amount over the phone. ridiculous. Will never order from here again.

Out on my lunch break trying to avoid construction and find something quick and delicious for lunch. I end up in a plaza and remember there’s a pizza place, but also remembered that the staff at my first visit was unfriendly. Maybe they were having a bad day, after all the food was ok.
Can I tell you that every employee in there seemed like they really did NOT want to be there. No personality. If your going to day «can I help you» Could you at least fake a smile?
So I see slices in a little display, I look around to see what the price is and such… nope nothing, nothing on the menu. O.k. I’ll just get one slice and a soda, to go.
I only waited a short time when they reheated it in the oven. He takes the slice out, puts it on a plate, and proceeds to hand it to another customer that was still at the register ordering. A girl intercepted and grabbed it and looked at me and said «all set» and tried to hand it to me. I politely said, «that was to go». So she rolled her eyes, geabbed a bag, said something under her breath then just slid it in with nothing on the top so the grease soaked through the bag and onto my hands when I grabbed it. I literally wanted to throw it in the garbage when I walked out.
I would starve to death before ever going back!

I know, pizza 2 times in 3 day’s, whateverrrr! Anyway, I ordered a pepperoni w/​extra cheese & pepperoni & it was again delivered quickly & out the oven hot, This was the best pepperoni pie I’ve ever had! Nuf said.

A slice of cheese tasted ok but was greasy. What really made me give it 1 star was the employees swearing and talking loudly to each other complaining about other patrons. Not what you want to hear as a customer trying to enjoy lunch… I heard the F-​word twice, and they complained about people calling to ask where their food was, saying, «Calling isn’t going to get it there any quicker.»

Their service is fantastic, their pizza is great… what more can you say! When I called them in a pinch due to another local pizza place hosing us on our large order, they helped me out and then some!!! I HIGHLY recommend them they are helpful and nice, and I recommend them

As someone who eats gluten free by necessity, this place is horrible. It’s the small, thin frozen pizza that many places have, but cross contamination is high risk here. When my pizza was given to me it was uncut and when I asked if they would they did not change gloves and grabbed a pizza cutter and then a knife they use to cut the regular pizza. I had to tell them to stop both times and just threw it in the car stating I’d rather not be sick. Thanks for the upset stomach guys…(waited a few days to write this).
Also no wifi and only a few tables… not great to eat-​in.

The BBQ wings and chicken parm calzone were alright, typical take-​out quality. The prices were good though for the amount of food.

I get take out once a week for my husband & I and this is by far my favorite place to order. I love the steak tip dinner with rice and grilled vegetables and my husband is a fan of their pizza. The guys who work here are great, really pleasant and service is fast.

I usually order a Taccino sub. This was probably the freshest sub i’ve had to date. I enjoyed every bite of it. The baguette that they put it on just adds to the flavor, as well as the fresh lettuce and tomato that they put on it. You can tell these guys care about their customers when they’re putting out subs like this at a pizza place.
the prices felt right, around $ 8.50 after tax will get you one of these subs. I haven’t tried the pizza yet but it did look like it was a quality slice. Will definitely return!
I did order from them only one time and it took WELL over an hour! i do not recommend getting delivery from them at all!

Decent pizza. Better than decent service.
Great place to pop in for a slice or a sandwich when you’re in a hurry or just need a quick nosh. I’m from NY originally, which means I have some strong ideas about pizza… and frankly, if I have time for a sit-​down meal, I’d go to Flatbread up the street, but Pizzeria Presti has a cherished place in my lunchtime habits

I see what people are saying, crust isn’t good enough to eat without cheese on it, but the Pepperoni pie was decent (I got a medium because of the reviews). While if this was in Boston I would only give it 3 stars, up here there ain’t a lot of options and since they delivered I would say there okay to decent. Overall I would give it 3.5 stars rounding up because the guy on the phone was pretty nice and he didn’t forget the ketchup!

Busy student who can’t cook all the time so I have to order in sometimes and Pizzeria Presti is my go-​to for my pep n mush addiction… a little thicker than New York style pizza, so a little doughy but delicious crust… flavorful, gooey mozzarella, fresh tasting ingredients… definitely skip Papa Gino’s and the major chains like Dominos and try this place next time. You won’t regret it!

It’s a good place to stop by en route to the mall – who wants to ingest whatever chemistry experiments are underway in a food court. A local pizzaria is just the thing.
Unfortunatley, Presti is a pretty poor excuse for a pizzeria. With a crust that comes off as white bread, sauce that is sort of bland, and salads that are little more than cheapo lettuce, this isn’t really the local joint you’d crave.

The interior was clean, the staff was up front and the stage show was nice. All the elements of a good local family pizzeria.
Unfortunately the pizza was mediocre. It was a little on the bland side. The size was great and the pepperoni was fine but overall, it lacked that linger in your palate taste that you want from a good pizza.
Overall, it is a good local place to go with reasonable prices but if you want good quality italian there are better places to go.
