We love Local! The crew, the service, the parts and the jams. No one in New England knows more about the ins and outs of what makes bikes work than Johnny Rivet. I am not sure about the negative review regarding a lack of customer service but as the mother of a BMXer that requires constant trips to the bike shop, I can tell you there’s no better place to shop BMX and they have always been wonderful to my family.

We had a terrible experience buying two children’s bikes from this store. The bikes are overpriced, there is very little choice, the workers are rude and unhelpful, and inept… Absentee management. Go elsewhere to find a bike!

This shop is supposedly part of the Cycle Loft across the street. Unlike the Cycle Loft, the customer service here is absolutely terrible. Of the 3 times I’ve been there, I was only offered help once and that was when I was walking out the door.
