Wow, what a great experience! I have four boys and the atmosphere is so soothing in the office that there were no issues with trying to keep them from trying to touch everything, they all loved their exams, and the doctor was amazingly patient with all of them (ages 2, 6, 8, 14)! I love that it only took two days to get our glasses, and it felt like Christmas when she gave us them in gift bags with candy too! I don’t like having to pick our glasses for myself, and Dr. Cornwells wife was so helpful, I think I fell in love with the first pair she gave me to try on! I’m so glad I found them and my kids all loved their visit, too bad it is only once a year :)

By far one of the best optometrist office I have been to. They have a good size collection of frames and great prices! Dr. Cornwell was very polite and was easily able to answer every question I had. Olivia also went above and beyond her duties, she was very courteous, and patient with me and my girlfriend while I tried on many different pairs. We were even able to get an eye exam, new lenses and frames, all in the same day! We will definitely be back and we’d like to say thank you! To Dr. Cornwall and Olivia for making our day!

I really, really wish that I had the wonderful experience that the other reviewers have had. But sadly my experience has been the complete opposite. I ordered two pair of glasses, computer and progressives. It took two tries to get the prescription correct on the computer pair and the progressives have never been right. I went back and looking through the testing machine my vision was sharp but the glasses just aren’t. Finally I got tired of trying to make my case and left with a pair of glasses that just don’t work well for me. In addition the small rubber pads on the nose piece keep failing. Each trip to the mainland costs another ferry fare and a half day wasted. This has been the worst experience that I can remember in my almost 50 years of wearing eyeglasses.

By far the best experience my husband and I have ever had for glasses! This staff and optometrist are fantastic and make you feel special the entire time. They also help you decide on frames that fit your style, face shape, and personality which I loved! Our glasses were ready in 30 minutes and were wrapped in a super cute gift bag. Amazing experience!

This was the best eye care visit I’ve ever had! I left so happy & excited about my 2 new pairs of glasses. Dr. Cornwell was so nice & thanked me more than once for coming in. The eye visit was quick & painless. The staff was very kind & fun! I was having a hard time making a decision without my daughter there to help me, since she just moved away, I thought I was going to need to send her selfies to make a decision„ the lady was so good at helping me decide & being honest about what looked good & what she thought didn’t, but at the same time letting me make up my mind also. Then they found out my insurance wasnt good for another 2 months so I told them I was going to have to wait but they made it work for me to get my glasses that very day. So they got my glasses ready in 20 min, but then I had to go to work & couldn’t wait for the other pair to be ready, I told them I could just pick them up the next day, but the lady insisted on dropping them off for me at my work when she got off work. WOW! I am totally impressed with their customer service. The other thing I loved was how modern & up to date the place was & there were so many cute up to date frames to choose from some very affordable also. It makes wearing glasses fun! I am already thinking it would be fun to get another pair sometime in the near future because they are so affordable.

Best place I have ever been to buy glasses. They had several that were in my price range and they helped me find the perfect pair and even had them ready for me in less than an hour. I will definitely be returning and referring everyone I know. They were such nice people that my daughter is now considering being an optometrist when she grows up!

My normal optometrist finally broke the news that I could use some glasses to ease the stress on my eyes. Unfortunately, the selection of frames started in the $ 100 range, which drove me to to finding this gem!
As I said on my tip, I could spend a day just chatting with the folks that work here… and I’m certain I’m not the only one that feels that way. From the short experience I had here, I noticed that you’re not just a customer… the staff treats you as if you were a regular, and if you weren’t, you’d end up wanting to be one!
I came in needing reading glasses and was prepared to get just that and pay way more for a pair of glasses I could’ve picked up at a local drug store. Instead, Paul took the time to contact my optometrist, got the right ‘scripts and knocked out a pair of glasses that are comfortable to wear and most importantly, easy on the eyes!
Olivia also helped with picking the right frames! She said I looked smart and athletic… I knew she was lying, but I’ll take the compliment! (JK Olivia!)
Like I said, I have a different doc, but I did get a chance to meet Dr. Cornwell and his 2 little corgis!
If I could do it all over again, I’d strictly deal with this shop, however, I do like my current doctor. They’ll just have to share my business!
