Went on a date here. Yes, I am an adult. But it was still fun! Their basketball shorting game is in my opinion one of the best games they have if you don’t mind a bunch of kids running about, it’s fun even if you’re not a child any more

We come here about twice a month and we’re always satisfied with the food, service and the kids always have a great time! It’s never overcrowded like other CEC’s I’ve been to and they do a great job at keeping it clean. The employees are always smiling and very friendly. I did, however, have two separate incidents come up but both times, the manager on duty came through attentively. First time, our pizza was taking longer than usual so I went to check on the status and they told me it would be just a few more minutes. I went to play games with my kids and came back to the manager waiting for me at the table with my pizza and an apology for the wait time. Another time, our pizza came out partially burnt; I wouldn’t have noticed had the server not said anything so we wouldn’t have mind. They let us keep the ‘burnt’ pizza to eat and made us a large pizza to take home for the inconvenience :) The customer service definitely keeps us coming back!

Went here twice in the past 10 years for B-​day parties. Both times were crap. The games are fun but the Pizzas are just terrible. I know that it is a low standard culinary joint, however, fast food at the mall tastes better. The ticket winning process is still the same, however, the prize selection is terrible. It is expensive and you get nothing of real value in return. The tickets are harder to win which upsets kids and all they get is an eraser that you could’ve bought for them at the dollar store and thrown in a box of cereal. I am sure that the kids would get more excitement out of that.

Terrible service as soon as we entered the girl at the counter to order had no vlue whst she was foing or either didn’t csre. dhe was more interested in taking selfies. The tokens there are 3 for 1.00 all other chucke cheese are 4 for 1.00. Took 40 minutes for a child’s pizza. Salad bar wasnt very cold and manager was talked to and her way of fixing it was 20 tokens. Won’t be returning.

This is a great CEC. It’s clean, and the employees are friendly, active and engaged. The pizza was really good, better than I remember it being. The cheese was good and the crust enjoyable. The games are fun and they have a good variety. Well done, Chuck! ^_^
I want to add just another positive: they get kids up and moving! Very well done!

Took my 2 year old here yesterday because it was his reward for being fully potty trained. It was busy but still a lot of fun. He enjoyed it and none of the games or rides were broken which was great. Place was a little messy but the employee’s were doing the best they could to keep up with the massive amounts of people that were there. I love that all the games only take one ticket and you can get tokens with a debt or credit card. No need to lug around cash. Can’t speak for the food because we didn’t eat there. All in all a very fun day.

We have been to this location several times and have never had a bad experience.
It’s clean, and there are always employees nearby if you need anything.
Using online coupons which you can find at various online couponing sites (or C.E.C.‘s website as well) you can save lots of $ and get extra tokens.
My 3 year old loves this place, as does my husband, who is considerably older than 3. All games/​rides take only one token.
