Had a return, they really do have the best return policy, with out a receipt it’s looked up with ones credit card. The girl at customer service was extremely friendly. I do hate to make returns, but when a product is defective you have to. Unlike some other places that I dread making a return, this young lady even apologized for the defect. This bed bath and beyond store was not as large as some of the other ones I’ve been too, but they had everything I was looking for. It was very organized and clean. The other thing I love about these stores is the coupon policy, it never expires. Now who does not like savings?

They send 20% and $ 5 off coupons in the mail but in store they are not honoring them. Very lousy customer service. There is a big gimmick on taking coupons that came in mail at your home. Management is so bad at this store. No customer service skills and slowest people working there at customer service. I wasted my more than half hour there and ended up accomplishing nothing! Big disappointment shopping here and not a pleasant experience at all. This store needs new customer service folks and new MANAGEMENT! DONOTGOHEREANDCOUPONSTHEYSENDINMAILAREJOKE!!!

This store provides a great lesson in how to alienate your customers. They posted signs all over the store saying, «sign up for text alerts and get a 20% off coupon.» However, when you sign up you get a nice text telling you that you won’t get your coupon for 24 hours. The sales clerk wouldn’t give me the discount when I asked for it. Deception at its finest!

Bed Bath and Beyond is a great place, 20% off coupons and $ 5.00 off are amazing. I don’t have any complaints about the company, however, this location is hit or miss. You’ll either get the kindest, informative customer service possible or you’ll get the snarkiest, you’re interrupting my personal conversation with my co worker, you’re bothering me attitude. I encountered a sales person named Sharon or Shannon who was rushing around doing a lot of nothing other than seeming too busy to do her job. Go to Saugus or Danver, it’s worth the drive. Sometimes I feel like the excellent customer service people are overly nice out of embarrassment for how rude their co workers are.

I’m a fan, and, like the other reviewers, a hoarder of the 20% off coupons. I keep a giant stack of them in the glove compartment of the car and just take them out whenever I stop by one. This BBB is nice. they have all the usual stuff, plus a large section of toiletries and such — the prices are actually quite good for items like tooth brushes and mouth wash, comparable or lower than target! My favorite part — you can bring in your empty soda stream co2 canister to the customer service desk to exchange for $ 15. Combine that with a $ 5 off $ 15 coupon you get in the mail with the ads(they come every month or two), and you get a canister for $ 10! The only con of this place? They share a parking lot with Trader Joe’s and it’s a freaking mad house. We come in the evenings to avoid the crazy.

Last minute outfitting of a dorm room! Join the crowds here in the insanity of packing your child off to college! A typical BBB, but with a huge department of sundries, toiletries and related items you’d normally trek to Target to purchase. Polite service. But, like most BBBs, they have far too much fragrance/air freshner polluting the air… enough to gag you and cause an asthma attack.

My fiancée and I registered for our wedding here. I was blown away with the customer service, I couldn’t have been happier. They let us stay after hours because it took longer than we anticipated. The employee, Will, went around with us and gave helpful suggestions. He made an overwhelming experience very easy. The staff gave us bottled water and snacks will we were registering. Very happy with the experience!

After months of going to other stores and calling the 800# trying to get a lost store credit reissued, a manager at the Burlington location – I think his name is Eric – got it sorted out. And after being given wrong answers by other locations about this and other questions, the staff at this location has always gotten us the correct information(not always the answer we were hoping for, but accurate, which in the end is so much more helpful).

This is my go-to Bed Bath and Beyond. Just down the road from the mall, so when you’re in the area, you always think«Hey, Bed Bath and Beyond is just down the road». Really! This is probably the best of the Bed/Bath locations I’ve seen. Big store. Lots of inventory — the kitchen items alone are astounding. They sell the Keurig coffee here — LOTS of it! Awesome! And, dear reader, my tip to you: You know those 20% off coupons for this place that you see everywhere? Well, you know those«expiration dates» they stick on there? Well, they mean NOTHING. Yes, these coupons NEVEREXPIRE. By law, a coupon(delivered by the post office at least) MUST have an «expiration date» on it. But — they don’t actually expire — they’ll still work when the cashier scans them in. AND — you can use more than one each trip! Which means if you have 10 of these 20% Off coupons and 10 items, you’ll get 20% off each item!!! Awesome! You can save so much money this way. So — next time you’re at your friends’ house or your parents’ and you see these coupons lying around — say — «You gonna use that?» and/or just take them like I do…
