Kirby

This guy is great. I inherited my Mom’s 20? 30? year old Kirby. He fixed it cheaply and spent a lot of time showing me how it worked. I was impressed. This is good service, which is not so common anymore. I highly recommend this company.

This vacuum does suck up very well, but these people did not take into concideration that we have a two story house and I am 5’3″ and 60 years old and there is no way I can manage this HEAVY, AWKWARD vacuum! The worst thing is they took my 9 pound Oreck that I could have used downstairs. They talked my husband into this (I was sick in bed) and showed him how well it worked but never showed him how to work all the parts that come with it. We have never used any of the parts that came with this and only use the vacuum when necessary. It is to heavy, to bulky, does not do wood floors, and when turned off cannot be moved! It cannot be manuvoredat all. There is nothing I like about this vacuum. I complained and all they sent me was a note saying they were sorry I was not satisfied. Very poor customer service. We are still paying for this vacuum as they talked my husband into putting it on credit. This is not worth the money, is very uneasy to use and to many parts that we do not have a clue how to use. The bags are way to expensive. I do not reccomend anyone purchase such an expensive, heavy, bulky, hard to use vacuum. We cannot even sell it to finish paying off the credit card. Get an Oreck it is so much better. We will never, ever buy any product from Kirby and will never reccomend them to anyone we know.
