Great service and able to handle a large group quickly. The food was great and we got a lot of it.

My husband and I just moved to Burlingame, and Crepevine was the first place we’ve tried. We personally had Crepevine a few times, but it was always in DAVIS. When we discovered a Crepevine nearby, we immediately went! Same menu, SAME great quality of food. I got a chicken pesto with fries. The portion was huge, and yet the taste was definitely satisfying to my tastebuds. Both crepes(we both ordered chicken), the chicken was cooked well and tenderly, seasoned just right. Overall, this place is definitely comparable to DAVIS’s! Super glad this establishment is walking distance from our place(or that could be dangerous… there goes my waist line) Can’t wait to go back for FRENCHTOASTNEXT!

I usually come here with my usual pack of goofsters on a weekend/friday night. Somehow, the wait is usually not that long despite the clusterfuck of BHS fuccbois that clamor around the place. The atmosphere is nice and pretty spacious despite its seemingly small look. Used to be a fan of their alfreado/creamy cum pasta until my stomach decided to blow the fuck out and my asshole delivered a shitstorm worthy of comparison to the main gun of an A-10 attack plane. It’ll depend, but in my recent experiences, the pastas will come out either: Saltier than the warriors fans after tonight. or richer than the pockets of Wall Street. The sandwiches are usually pretty nice, my top two being the pacific sandwich(ask for extra aioli sauce for your fries to ramp up your sex life to the max), and the club, which you’ll usually never finish because it’s too god damn big ;) The fish tacos with mango salsa is good.

Crepevine was pretty wonderful today. On a beautiful day in the Penninsula, Crepevine is right in the heart of Burlingame. Burlingame avenue was packed and the weather was perfect. We had our little poochie with us today and we wanted a nice late morning breakfast. We got a perfect spot in the shade at the ya les right on the sidewalk. It was perfect for us cause we wanted to keep our yorkie with us. My GF had a goat cheese and salmons scramble and I had a Swiss cheese, mushroom and spinach savory crêpe. The dishes were served with your choice of home potatoes or fries. I CJ ode the fries, which were crispy and tasty. The crepes here are also wonderful. Portion sizes were large and in charge. Had to take half home. The place was crowded. But the time we left, around noon, the line was out the door. Crepevine is a great choice on the weekend! Enjoy!

I LOVE the Crepevine. Every single thing on the menu is good. I’ve had everything from the french toast(which, by the way — is the best I’ve ever had) to a multitude of their various sandwiches to omelettes to salads… and everything in between! The service is great, the atmosphere is great… the only thing I wish was different is the parking situation — being on a busy street, parking is VERY hard to come by. But it’s well worth your time to muscle through that hiccup and eat here! It’s wonderful.

An amazing, huge and super tasty brunch! There was some wait time but it was worth the wait. We loved our Burlingame crepes, Sonoma sandwich, MM omelette, heavos and some super fresh carrot juice! Nice ambience and you have paid street parking throughout the street.

«People think you’re stuffy. You know, with your opera parties, and your wine parties and your seasoned crêpe pans.» — Frasier, Season 7, Episode 3 One of my most favorite Burlingame haunts — so my Mom and I try to come for lunch at least once a year when we visit(every few months we are in town). The first time we came it was because my sister-in-law brought us and we have been creatures of habit ever since. The have many locations, but Burlingame is the only one I have been to. The have many sandwiches and salads and I have tried a few things, but by far my favorite are the savory crepes. Packed full of ingredients — these are knife and fork required, folks. The Greek takes the cake for me, though — packed with wilted Spinach, Kalamata olives, roasted almonds, sautéed onions, feta cheese and a cucumber yogurt sauce — I can’t get enough. Obviously, they leave the almonds off for me. Truly, I can’t imagine that hard crunch in the middle anyway. Everything comes with a side salad and home fries and it is more food that I can typically eat. You place your order at the counter, take a number and sit. They bring your food to you and you dig right in. So delicious and filling, but worth every bite. The Greek is $ 11.50 — but such a filling meal, I cannot complain. I’ve also had a few of the breakfast items here — French toast, eggs Benedict, sweet crepes — I’ve never been disappointed. But expect to stand in line for a bit during lunch as it is a popular place. But they always find us a table.

We finally got to try this restaurant, as it is always packed with people with a huge line up. The crepes are of huge portion and you get salad and fries or potatoes with them. I had the San Francisco crêpe that is loaded with fresh salmon! The crêpe is a bit greasy but taste was good. Definitely a great deal for lunch. They do get quite swamped and I had to ask for water 3 times. But overall a decent place to hang out.

Sometimes a restaurant has an item that epitomizes what something should be; an ideal. That item, for me, happens to be the club sandwich here at Crepevine in Burlingame. The Crepevine Club(12.95 $) is so tasty and filling that I have come back here at least 5 times since the New Year. The sandwich is huge and filling! Most likely, it could be shared but I’m a big guy so I’ll finish it myself thank you very much. It is comprised of deliciously toasted sourdough bread filled with chicken breast, thick cut bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. You get French fires(awesome ones in fact) and an organic side salad that is not a garden-variety, throwaway, type(yes I love bad puns remember?). You can upgrade your fries to sweet potato for 1 dollar. The setting, you will notice whilst munching your exquisite club sandwich, is very nice – especially seated outside. There is a fireplace and covered terrace to people watch. I have been to the location by Stanford but this one is my favorite so far(they have 10 locations). They also do the«order at counter and take a number» thing I really like. Definitely try the club here. I have had other items(like their pumpkin pancakes), but none of them motivated me to write a review as much as the club.

Came here for brunch today for mother’s day. it was packed, the line started out the door. 30⁄45 min to order our food and to get seated. but it was worth the wait. I ordered the new Orleans Benedict(crab cake), brother orders the Cote d’azur with the smoked salmon & mom ordered the San Francisco crêpe. We all love our seafood! Anyways, all our meals were excellent. The flavors together were tasty. FOR dessert we had santorini crêpe. . orgasmic. buttery inside with yummy vanilla ice cream to compliment the crêpe Prices are affordable, nothing more than $ 12.95. we sat outside and the weather was perfect, lovely brunch!

I always come here for a breakfast whenever I come to SF. Their crêpe is AMAZING! with all different of crepes that you can select, huge portion that I never can get to finish. All the ingredient are fresh and make right after you ordered. I can sit here for 2 hours and just enjoy my crêpe and a latte here. Their side — potatoes is a bomb! I barely eat potatoes but i usually finish them all. Chef cook it at the perfect timing and you just can’t stop eating it. Price are a bit more compared with other café restaurant, However with the quality and portion that you get, it worths!

I stopped by Burlingame on my trip to San Francisco because my friend recommended this cute little brunch place. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so I have been to many restaurants serving brunch. Surprisingly, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The serving size is huge. You get what you’re paying for, if not more. They have everything from omelettes to crepes, and the food is delicious. Its staff is friendly, and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. We were seated outside next to the sidewalk, and I especially enjoyed the vibe and people-watching during the meal.

Crepevine is a nice local brunch place that I’ve visited several times over the last three years. They have some pretty great savory crepes(i.e. bombay shrimp) with great flavors that come with a side of tasty home potatoes and a lightly dressed house salad. I’ve also enjoyed their steak sandwich which is served on a delicious soft roll. Today, we tried foods outside of our comfort zone. I actually got the cinnamon raison bread french toast. It came sprinkled with powdered sugar, butter on the side, and syrup on the side. I literally shut up, and just ate for a couple minutes straight, before I looked up and resumed conversation with my boyfriend. My boyfriend didn’t quite enjoy his meal as much. He ordered the Denver omelette. He said the omelette was so bland, that even the saltiness of the ham didn’t make up for it, and I quote«I guess I could add things to it like, salt, pepper, tabasco sauce, but then at that point, aren’t I just cooking?» Hehe. Poor guy. His fries were really tasty, they were well seasoned, and he really enjoyed having butter and jam on his english muffin. My fresh squeezed orange juice tasted really strongly of rind, but my boyfriend’s hot apple cider was delicious. I would still say this is an great place to get brunch. It’s loud and noisy, and the tables can get really close to each other, but it’s not bad. I still keep coming back.

Crepes for days. Came here for breakfast with a group of people around 10am, and the line still goes out the door. Parking in Burlingame avenue is hectic, and location-wise it’s on the main street. I haven’t been to this location in years, but what’s changed is that they actually make an effort to seat you at a table. I remember a while back when we had to find open tables ourselves, which made it very inconvenient for their customers. The best part about this crepevine is actually their extensive and artistically drawn giant menus. The drawings give the place a fresher and outdoorsy kind of feel. I got the Cote D’Azur Eggs Benedict w/house potatoes, and shared a Tri-Berry Sweet Crêpe. My dish turned out really nice. The yolk was cooked just right, and the smoked salmon was delicious. Mostly everyone else at the table ordered crepes, and their crepes here are packed. The plates are huge, and everything just seems loaded with ingredients. The tri-berry crêpe was sweet and tasty as well, and it comes with a scoop of ice cream. Can’t go wrong with a little dessert afterwards. Great food at a great price. Whenever I need a savory crêpe, I’ll be back.

I mean the crepes are delicious, but really I show up for the Eggs Benedict. Not only do I show up but I sing praise songs on the first bite of food. This place can get busy, but the food is worth the wait. Order at the register, take a seat, and wait for deliciousness to arrive at your table. The menu is pretty extensive and is not reserved just for crepes… Though the smores crêpe is where it’s at if you need something sweet. The New Orleans eggs Benedict is what dreams are made of though. Crab and that seasoned sauce, you cannot go wrong. Cannot. Service isn’t bad. Food comes out fast and the servers are polite. I’m definitely glad I found this place.

This is a great place to get a nice casual lunch or dinner. I love coming here with my friends especially when it’s a nice day out! You order first and then it is self seating. They have a wide selection of crepes, salads, pasta and burgers. I usually get their salads because it’s so yummy! Big portions and flavors are awesome. My go to salad is the Chicken Cesar Salad. It’s one of my favorites. It’s a very common salad, but their salad dressing here is pretty good. It comes with beard and butter also. You can ask for a side of pesto for your beard. My friend got the Santa Fe salad, but she enjoyed mine more. Overall great causal setting and place for a nice bite!

Pretty good but it is in a very area. Hard to find parking and the place is crazy busy during lunch. I love both the savory and sweet crepes but more importantly the salad that comes with your savory crêpe is ORGANIC. That is a huge deal for me. Love it when places have organic foods.

I fell in love with this place when I saw their chalkboard menu. I’m a sucker for chalkboard art. I knew I made the right choice when we arrived and saw how their system works: Order AND pay before you choose your table. They give you a number and bring your food and beverages to the table. I love this system. I LOVE not waiting for a server to bring the check. The servers brought our food and drink out in a timely manner and there was generally someone buzzing arounf if you found yourself needing a condiment or a box. The fresh OJ was fantastic, they made a great dirty chai, and the Salmon Benedict! So, so, so good. It was a ridiculous amount of food. The twin and I shared and still didn’t finish everything. There are at least 10 other things I can’t wait to try on their menu. I will make a point of stopping here every time I am in the area.

This place is amazing and the service, setting and quality of the food speaks itself. There was a small line going in and almost all tables were taken but we actually got seated and then shortly later received our order. Had the Florentine Crapes– WOW! The Raspberry Cheesecake was amazing and presentation in both cases impressive. Is it cheap? No. It is priced just right for what you get? Yes. Real value and for about three bucks less you can eat at a fast food restaurant but why would you? I will be back!

I’m not the biggest fan of crepes but this place is one of very few exceptions. I’ve been here a handful of times and I’ve never been disappointed! The restaurant is run VERY efficiently. Wait in line to order your food(there’s menus on the side to look at while waiting), get seated by a server who chooses a table for you(so those who are irritating enough to get a larger table than needed don’t waste table space) and they bring the food out to you. Food comes out within 10 minutes usually and the servers bring water and utensils to you when you sit down. Sometimes I come and see there’s a long line to order and get worried that there won’t be tables available for when I reach the counter but there always is because of how efficiently this place is run. I always get the Tuscany crêpe which is chicken, pesto, sliced almonds, feta cheese. It comes with a side salad and choice of fries or house potatoes. House potatoes are good but the fries are amazing here! I would never imagine a place like Crepevine to have fries so good but trust me, you won’t regret the extra weight gain with these babies. Portions are huge here and well worth the $ 10-$ 12 you pay for a crêpe. I always tell myself that the next time I come I’ll try a benedict because a friend tells me they’re just as good as the crepes but it’s hard not to choose a tried-and-true. Oh well, 2016 is a new year and I guess I should be more adventurous. Also, PSA: even if the menu says your dish comes with house potatoes, you can always replace for fries or sweet potato fries(everyone who works here is seriously so nice and accomodating). AKA… replace your house potatoes for fries.

This place is now my go-to place for lunch when I want to meet up with people living further south on the Peninsula. It’s a happy midpoint between SF and SJ. All of the times I’ve been here it has been CROWDED. Line out the door extending at least 7 ft. past the business next door kinda busy. But don’t despair! By the time you place your order, there will be a table for your party, guaranteed. Crepevine works like a well oiled machine & they make it so that you will never be standing around and hovering over other patrons while mentally(or hey, verbally) telling them to leave. The menu here is very extensive and there is something for everybody. They have sweet crepes, savory crepes, sandwiches, burgers, fish tacos, etc. I’ve never been disappointed with my orders. The staff is also very friendly and efficient. Our waters were always refilled before becoming empty and takeout boxes were given promptly when requested. Parking is a hassle and someone is always waiting for a spot in front of you. However, if you continue driving until the residential neighborhood, there is plenty of free 2 hour parking available.

Stopped by Burlingame to grab breakfast and shop for a little bit. Decided to come to Crepevine based in ratings/reviews. There was a short line when we arrived, but it moves very quickly. Prior to ordering, a lady let us know where we would be seated, then you order at the register. Your food is brought out to your table when ready. There are a lot if choices on the menu for breakfast, crepes, sandwiches, lunch. I wanted to get a crêpe, but decided on eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast. Potatoes were a bit soft for my liking(not crispy), and the scrambled eggs could have been cooked just a bit longer. The rest was average. I would consider coming back when in the area again and trying something else.

Breakfast ALLDAY, every day? Yes, please. Nice café where you order at the counter and food is delivered to your table relatively quickly. Not only do they serve breakfast all day, there are other options if you aren’t looking for breakfast foods at your 7PM dinner. There are plenty of options to choose from, from your omelettes, pancakes, french toast, to your savory or sweet crepes, sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups and pastas. Lots and Lots of choices! My friend and I sat close to the pickup window so we saw all the prepared plates come out. Everything looked so good! The salads here are huge! We ended up getting the Crepevine club and Philly Crêpe. Each plate comes with organic salad and home fries or fries. Crepevine club is grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado smack layered between 3 layers of the freshest sourdough bread. The bread was thick, but soft. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. For the philly crêpe, think of a philly cheesesteak, but in crêpe form. The philly crêpe was also very tasty, but I have to say the crepevine club was my favorite. The salads very fresh with just the right amount of dressing. Fries are better than the home fries in my opinion. Nicely fried outside. Most plates are $ 10-$ 13. Great price for really tasty, fresh food.

My friend suggested this place for brunch get together. I was hesitant at first as it looks like it’s all crepes only(thinking dessert)…we were lucky to find street parking in front but prepare for $ 2.00 for 2 hours max(guessed it ain’t bad compare to SF) When we got to the place we weren’t sure what to do that I had to Unilocal it to find out… you place the order, pay and find a table. Looking at the menu, I got confused what to order so I started checking out the pics of fellow helpers the flow of the line isn’t bad at all we waited probably 5 – 7 mins only I guess it depends how ready the people when they place the order/pay. I opted for the Philly crêpe with sweet potato fries and fresh lemonade, my friend order the SF crêpe(smoked salmon) with home potatoes and fresh carrot juice, and the other friend buttermilk pancake to share and Florentine crêpe and tea. Definitely everything we ordered is fantastic! The home potatoes though needs to be little bit more on the crispy side. The portions are HUGE!!!(Was still full till dinner time) Will definitely be back to try the sandwiches and crêpe desserts.

I am EXTREMELY impressed with the efficiency of this restaurant. The crepes aren’t to die for or anything, but they are indeed tasty and hit the spot. Service: They are SOFASTHERE Even though there was a line of about 10 people out the door, the wait staff was outside handing people menus and assuring everyone the wait would only be about 15 minutes at the most. 15MINUTES??? Hell yeah I’m down to wait that’s nothing compared to SF waiting times. They had two registers open and cashiers ready to take your order once you got to the front of the line. You are then handed a number and are seated. SOEFFICIENT. I love it. I know this isn’t a new dining strategy but I love when restaurants use this method it seriously saves SO much time and you don’t have to wait around for your check at the end either. Especially when I haven’t eaten all day and am displaying dangerous symptoms of hanger. Food: I ordered the California Crêpe«spicy» although I’m pretty sure they totally forgot to put hot sauce on it because it wasn’t spicy at all, but I could just be immune to spice now from the copious amounts of Sriratcha and wasabi I consume. The crêpe was still good none the less. The crepes are all pre-made, you can see them sitting on a stack by the chef but they were still delicious and warm which is all that matters. This is also probably why they are so fast. The«home fries» you get with the crêpe were not cooked perfectly, but were good enough. The were definitely tossed around a lot as they were soft and falling apart and crumbly with random crispy parts. Still tasted good though, but not the best potatoes I’ve had. ALSO The portions sizes are HUGE. Basically everyone I saw eat here left with a box. They give you a lot of food for the price. I totes demolished my plate though. No shame.

Excellent food for your lunch and brunch needs. Crepevine is what California food is all about: an extensive menu, variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and large portions. I enjoyed the Thai Crêpe with chicken. The crêpe is overstuffed to the point of making it difficult to cut without it’s delicious contents flying everywhere. The flavors we’re rich and filled me up. The side salad and sweet potato fries it came with didn’t add much to the meal, as the crêpe was flavorful enough and they only made me feel bloated at the end of the meal. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but great if you want to treat yourself to a tasty brunch. The lines might look imposing but I’ve consecutively found seating quickly and efficiently. A definite try for those fans of both meal and dessert crepes.

I came here for lunch today with my co workers to check out what the hype was all about. Street parking was packed, so I would recommend either going before lunch time or finding a parking lot across the street! The place is pretty big with a patio seating area which is nice. There was a line to order out food, but the staff is pretty fast at seating you. They had the classic breakfast foods you would want(eggs benedict, french toast, omelettes, the list goes on and on!) so I went with the Cote D’Azur which had smoked salmon, spinach, poached egg, onions and hollandaise sauce with a side of house potatoes. I also got a bloody mary for the heck of it. The food came out pretty quick and it looked delicious. They packed it with so many toppings that I couldn’t even find the english muffin underneath all the toppings! There was a ton of spinach and onions, and the smoke salmon was good(may have been a little salty for my taste). One big thing that kept this place from getting 5 stars is their house potatoes. I’m a big fan of house potatoes, but theirs just wasn’t fried enough for me. It left me wanting more. Next time I would substitute it for their house fries. And btw, the bloody mary was good! Had a kick to it towards the bottom, and the pickled string bean was a nice twist. Overall, great place to come for brunch. Next time, I’ll be sure to try their crepes!

Nothing beats spicy cajun hollandaise sauce for that extra wake up kick in the morning. Served on top of two thick crab cakes and english muffin. Comes with a large side of crispy sweet potato fries that are perfect to dip into the hollandaise sauce. Plus its fun to explore the shopping district and walk off all that food and maybe do some shopping.

I love their Tuscany crêpe but the chicken was a bit dry. I also order the San Francisco with smoked salmon. I guess the smoked salmon was a bit too salty for me. I know I know, it’s smoked salmon, supposed to be salty. What do you expect, right? But I kinda wish it would be a better combination. Maybe less smoked salmon will make it less salty? Anyways, the food overall was pretty good! Oh the home fries were delicious! The sweet potato fries were okay…

We had just dessert here — a s’mores crêpe and a Burlingame crêpe(that had strawberries, bananas, and Nutella). You order at the counter. They give you a number for your table, and they bring you your order. When we walked in, a lady was nice enough to get our table ready with a highchair for my son. Sweet. My friend ordered and paid for the two crepes, and we got them within five to ten minutes. The place wasn’t too busy, and they were about an hour away from closing. Well, the service was good. I wish I could say the same for the sweet crepes we ordered. The s’mores crêpe was sooo dry. It could’ve done with a bit more melting chocolate. The Burlingame crêpe on the other hand was soaked in Nutella. There wasn’t a dry piece, and it was too overpowering. If only they somehow combined the two, it probably would’ve been two perfect crepes. Oh, well.
