Worst papa johns in the entire franchise!!! Not only do they sometimes just not answer the phone, but they always mess up my order. Ask for extra garlic sauce, and they will charge you but they won’t send it. The staff is SO RUDE, and when I call back to ask why they charge for things they don’t deliver, they only have an attitude and refuse to offer even an explanation.

They never get an order correct. The food is good, but please listen when you take orders over the phone. The organization is not good. Management needs to improve the operation. How about reducing the cost for sauce. A small packet for .75. How about providing packets of cheese like all the other chains do.

Typically good, this time the pizza was horrible. VERY little sause on it. We also ordered cinnamon knots and they were so burned we couldn’t eat them. The delivery person didn’t say two words when delivering it… we will not be ordering from this location again.

Love Papa John’s, but this location forgets something almost every time I order. Small things like drinks, dipping sauces, nothing worth waiting for for them to drive to the store and all the way back. Very frustrating.

Yeah, pretty sure Papa John’s has gone downhill in the taste department since the company started. Don’t think they use as high quality ingredients or take the time with each pizza like they used to. Maybe it’s because they’re more popular.
Anyway, pizza I ate from this location the other day was very average. Luckily, I had some good homemade queso to pour on top and give it some flavor.
I actually like Domino’s a LOT better now (…how times change). Plus, Domino’s online ordering system TRUMPS Papa John’s.
Here’s some advice for Papa John’s: stop promoting the heck out of your «Papa» and get back to the days of making delicious, high-​quality pizza.
