These guys are always so friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. Customer service is huge for me. They have always help my son find whatever he needs. If they don’t have it they call other stores and point us in the right direction. No matter how busy they are they always find time to give us great customer service.

This location is cramped and dirty, our last choice when we have to go to Gamestop.

I specifically go to this Gamestop because of David. I am not the most experienced gamer (and it is pretty obvious) I recently pre-​ordered the PS4 and knew I wanted it but was pretty lost on the games and what I needed. David is extremely knowledgable and makes me feel comfortable about asking questions even though, again, I am not a hard core gamer. I like this because other Gamestops I have been to in the past the associates can sometime talk above you and it can be a little intimidating. David however has given me good advice about which games to pre-​order with my PS4 and has even sent me home with homework to watch E3 demo videos on YouTube on games that he has suggested. Not only have I pre-​ordered his suggestions but I am very excited about my purchases and cannot wait to pick them up. I don’t know how much David gets paid but you guys need to give him a raise.
