People are right about this customer service no one there cares I asked about the stove that was on sale I was undecided and asked to salesman if it would be on sale for a few days he said it would be on sale all of October so I went back three days later to purchase it it was not on sale when I asked the other salesman about it he just said oh well he was wrong didn’t offer to call the manager or anything he did not care if I bought that stove or not

Lowes is awesome. Not all employees know everything but you can usually find someone who is more than willing to help and knows what they’re talking about. I bought all my appliances and lawn equipment from Lowe’s. No problems with returns or exchanges they’re awesome. If you need appliances go see Carlton he will help you out and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Employees go out of their way to avoid helping the customers. All of the baskets were in the parking lot and it’s summer so using a cart from baking in the sun, not an option. Haha
we were after a few items; entry way light, screws and a washer dryer set. We couldn’t find a single employee to help us with the washer dryer. They were out of the light we wanted… we went from spending 2,000 plus to spending s put 5 bucks on screws. Next time I will try my luck at home depot.

Horrible customer service. I purchased 20 boxes of flooring. Not a single employee offered to help. Two employees even walked by me and did not offer to help load them into my truck. The absolute worst customer service.
