Service is always poor no one is happy it seems like, and when u show them the 40% coupon they make u feel like ur asking for charity. It’s their coupon on their website, its been like this each time I’m there.

Their employees need an attitude check including the older male manager… we were leaving at closing and not to mention we spent combined $ 275 which for hobby lobby you can get a lot for so it wasn’t like we wasted the stores time by being there till close… The employees didn’t even move their restock carts or themselves for that matter as we «tried» to shop around them… as we were leaving it was cold and windy out and instead of being an inconsiderate individuals in society my step dad and I chose to take our carts back to the front of the store which was yards away(what nice people do) and here comes out the cranky manager in a rude voice«We Are Closed!» …and I proceeded to say I knew and was just bringing the cart back… that didn’t change his attitude and I don’t believe he even said thank you… I so badly wanted to turn that cart around and push it back into the parking lot… for being known as a «Christian» ran company, they really could hire kinder more happier employees… we frequent both the burleson and Hulen stores and after several rude run-ins at this store, we have chosen Hulen will be the only one we visit even though burleson is closer… CHANGETHESTAFF!

If you want good customer service go elsewhere. The checkout lines backup while the manager sips a milkshake and chats with coworkers. I’ve stopped going and drive to the Alliance location in north Ft Worth.
