Buffalo Wild Wings

We order to go and the traditional wings were very good. The variety of sauces are good. We order the basket fries, basket wedges and mushrooms to go but they really put very little of all them. The wings were cooked right and they were well seasoned. We always enjoy going to this place.

This is my spot to watch sport events. The afternoon manager is a very nice lady. The bartender is a great guy. Food is the normal bar kind of food. But what make this a good place is the service.

Just went and it was closed. Plumbers truck in the parking lot. Maybe it’s that or bad health report.

Can’t go wrong with wings but always wear a coat because it is ALWAYS cold in here. ALWAYS.

LOVE this place. I’ve only had a few occasions where I was less than pleased with the wait staff, and even then, a manager or different waiter was more than willing to take over and care for our table. The food is always delicious, and the employees are always extremely accommodating when it comes to the tv, and asking to get the sound turned on for games. We come here every time we want to eat and watch some sports.

Terrible service, cold food, wings with very little sauce and since they were cold they were uncomfortably hard. We had to ask other servers several times for key items (straws, the forgotten sauces and carrots, more water).

This is combination review over numerous visits. The food is generally pretty good. The servers are nice and have a good attitude.
My main complaint is their inability to deliver «Fast Break Lunch» items off the menu in a reasonable amount of time. Most of the time it takes 30 minutes for a 3 – 4 person table around noon during the weekday.
My second complaint is getting the order correct and charging the right amount. I’m not ordering anything special, it’s items straight off the menu with zero modifications.
I hope this review is well received by the owners/​management, I would like to see this turned around.

Been here four times since we moved and this will deff be our hang out spot! The first two times we came we sat in the dining room and our food was 45 mins late and cold which was unfortunate but luckily we weren’t in a rush. The last two times we found room at the bar and Devon was there and he was fantastic! Just a great guy to have a convo with and give me ideas on drinks as we watch the game. The only reason we came back was Devon, this guy even remembered our names and we’ve only sat at the bar one other time. Great job BWW!
This is deff a place for sports and beer atmosphere. Everyone is always friendly although I’ve never seen a manager? Good food, cold beer, and good HH specials.
Will keep coming

60 cent traditional wings on Tuesdays! I have been to BWW many times but on my last visit, that promotion is what brought me in. Apparently the Tuesday deal is all day. (For the newbies, «traditional wings» are bone in.) I called in an order of 15 wings and was told they would be ready in 12 minutes for pick up. They had them ready just as they said and it was QUICK service. I called the order in before hopping in my car, and they were ready when I arrived. GREAT SERVICE!
I have tried all of their sauces so I could go into details describing them all. But I will save the trouble, as people are extremely picky when it comes to how their wings are made. Some like it with sauce and others prefer the dry rub/​seasonings. They offer both types here, so everyone’s covered there. You CAN TRY EVERY TYPE OF SAUCE before ordering, but this doesn’t work well if you are trying to do take out unless you want to wait. If you want to sample their sauces, they come out with a few french fries to make the sampling easier. My brother, extreme connoisseur of wings, says their Garlic Parmesan is the worst out there. So I would probably trust him and avoid that flavor. But I know there will be others out there who will like it, so again SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING if you can. I can equate their «Asian Zing» sauce to that of the Hawaiian sauce available at Wing Stop, not sure which I like better. The Asian Zing is slightly spicier, but only because the Hawaiian is pretty sweet.
Additionally, I found that it’s pretty random whether or not BWW offers happy hour at a location. Or maybe, even now, none of them might offer happy hour. I’ll update my post when I find out. But there reverse HH was pretty decent and was/​is from 7pm — 9pm. Appetizers and beers were available for HH, also some well drinks. Well drinks… bleh. If you’re a sports fan and don’t have a place to watch games then make this your LAST CHOICE BECAUSE THIS PLACE GETS PACKED. From my experience, if you are not here well in advance (~1 hour early) then you don’t even get standing room at the bar. If you come early for games and get a table then the busy-​ness of the store doesn’t faze you.

As always an excellent place for wings and things! Asian Zing is our favorite, flats for me and drums for her. Cold Beer and they have local breweries on tap also (Revolver Blood and Honey). A Tuesday night staple in our house, dine in or carry out, service is great when you get the right waiter/​waitress. Reed is the best left, all the others have moved on to other adventures. They’ve gone through some Managers over the years and lost the best yet when Page left. Definitely recommend this restaurant to any all who come!

I’m giving them 1 star bc my jack & dr pepper was made well. It took our food about 20 – 30 minutes to come out & when I took a bite into my boneless wings they were ALL cold. 2 other members of our families got wings also & they were cold as well. Then our server had an attitude. They remade all of the wings but honestly I won’t be back.

The food is delicious. The staff went above and beyond for our group. Someone did the blazin challenge and we all had fun. The desserts are sooo good. The wings are very large and meaty.

Where do I start… ok service I ordered boneless wings with mild sauce, barely any sauce on there. My wings were dry. Fries were cold when they brought me my plate. Just terrible and the taste of the food wasn’t good at all… first and last time going there. Only good thing about the place was the TVs.

Nope attended had a rude waitress ! Food at any bww is a hit or miss. It was an overall miss. Not cool guys. Get it back together guys.

My girlfriend’s family and I went out to eat around 3 – 4, and decided on getting some lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we walked in the noise from the several different sports on TV was kinda alarming, and it had more of a bar feel then anything. We sat down and my girlfriend and I started with a 3 buck appetizer of mozzarella sticks between us. We also ordered some wings for the brother and dad, a chicken sandwich for the mom, a salad for my girlfriend, and I ordered a custom burger with bacon and cheese. After about ten minutes our mozzarella sticks came out, and those were pretty good. It took like twenty-​five more minutes to get the rest of the food, and by that time it came out we were dying to eat. I was beyond disappointed to find that the burger I had made to order was completely unsatisfactory! The burger bun was tiny and didn’t come close to covering the burger, when I picked it up I noticed the bottom bun was turned into soggy goop from the grease underneath, and when I bit into the burger it was cold and wet as though it had been put into a water container or it was thawed. Everyone was somehow able to eat a bit of food, but I found that the food seemed very cheap. At one point I went to the bathroom and our waiter was literally popping pimples in the bathroom mirror, and whenever I got to the urinal he just walked out without washing his hands!!! That was the most disgusting display of yuck I’ve ever seen in a restaraunt. From the beginning I could tell that it was too loud and busy for my opinion, but that’s just the theme. What they really need to work on is having a more charismatic/​hardworking waiting staff, and getting better quality food because I wouldn’t have payed a dollar for that burger.

If you’re looking for horrible service, cold food, and the worst franchise management you’ve seen in a decade or so, THIS IS YOUR PLACE.
Make sure you ask to speak to the manager, who will apologize for his complete inability to correct anything in his restaurant, but stay for his amazed look when you leave and ask where he’s been for the last hour and a half.
What a dump. Dirty tables and restrooms, and completely incompetent management of a chain restaurant. Zero stars.

Service can be hit or miss. They have a great staff but management spreads them thin with waiters covering up to 20 tables at times. Food is always great and beer is cold.

Just watched a bartender mix Dos XX with BudLight because the Dos XX was all foam. Yuck!!!

Still our favorite hang out. Lots of great wings and beer to choose from. Found my new favorite beer «The Game Changer» and I always mix up the wing flavor.
This is a great place to just set back and relax, enjoy good food and watch just about any game you want that is on.
I recommend that you find a Buffalo Wild Wings near you and enjoy.

Ehhh. food was alright but service wasn’t that great. Ordered the spicy garlic and my waiter comes out with garlic parmesan. He had an attitude and rolled his eyes when I told him to take it back. He also didn’t refill our drinks or come by our table every now and then to see if we needed anything… and it was 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday so it wasn’t busy at all. I know this isn’t an upscale place but damn when your eating spicy wings you need something to drink at all times! They need to train the staff a little bit better at this particular BWW!
If your in the mood for some wings go to a wingstop or a different bww then this one.
