Taco Bell

I went to this location and once I had ordered my Taco Supreme my taco shell was soggy and not hard like I expected. I am planning to never come back to Taco Bell ever again. This would include all of your locations.

Absolutely spectacular in every way. Probably the finest dining you’ll find in any of Burke’s shopping centers. My boyfriend had me get all dressed up for a fancy night out on the town, and I was not disappointed.
We began our four-​course meal by selecting our beverages: Sangria Blast (New to us, and now a new favorite) and Baja Blast (a classic!). To whet our appetites, we started with the Nachos supreme: topped with beans, cheese, sour cream, and fresh cut tomato. Absolutely wonderful, and a treat for the eyes as well as our tongues. Next we split a Crunch Wrap Supreme. Our compliments to the chef! Perfectly crunchy and supreme in every way. Then came our main courses: a Volcano Quesarito for the gentleman, and a Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch for the lady. Both were satisfactory. Finally for dessert, we enjoyed Cinnabon Delights.
What a meal. This was the dinner we will compare all our dinners to. Thank you to the wonderful staff of this establishment for such a memorable evening — truly, this was a night to remember.

I’m saddened to tell my fellow Unilocalers about my friends experience at this very Taco Bell location. My good friend, Ashley was going through the drive thru, and the person that greeted her was absolutely rude. She ordered a steak quesadilla and asked for extra sour cream and the employee had the audacity to roll his eyes at her! Ashley, being the brave and stern woman she is, asked this miserable man why he would show such behavior. He simply replied with, ‘I have my reasons’. After an heated exchange of words, poor Ashley drove off with a CHICKEN QUESADILLA AND NO SOUR CREAM. This man intentionally wanted to ruin her day and it’s even more disappointing because it was a Taco Bell employee. We view them as like firefighters and cops because they’re saving lives one taco at a time so this hurt significantly.
Not only are we disappointed with the poor customer service but also for the 4^th consecutive time the Baja blast was not working from the soda fountain. It’s literally one of the main reasons why people even go to Taco Bell. I use to view Taco Bell as one of the most legendary fast food franchises and I just don’t know anymore.
On the bright side though, Chris the manager was very receptive to the feedback and offered a complimentary meal for the future. She’ll see you tomorrow grumpy Indian guy who intentionally gave her the wrong quesadilla with no sour cream.

For what it is, it’s great. The staff are all incredibly friendly and kind. The food always comes out promptly. It’s very clean. Great Taco Bell!

Fast, accurate, expected quality, and really just no non-​sense.
This is one of the better taco bells if not the best I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t go here often but I’ve been going here for years, it’s typically drive through as well.
They’ve never gotten my orders wrong, the food is as good as you’d expect from fast food. This is an example of a basic execution of a franchise. Nothing is above and beyond but to me they’ve done everything right and well that’s all you can ask for. There’s no great customer service make up scenario because they delivered as ordered.
Basically I think this is a solid Taco Bell, so don’t hesitate if you’re contemplating it. It’s off the Burke centre parkway near 123 to the left of Safeway right behind the McDonald’s. It’s «tucked away» but you’ll find it.

Hey this Taco Bell closed at least 12 minutes early. I couldn’t get my late night meal. The manager rudely explained with some strong hand gestures– didn’t even open the window.. had to go to Macdonald

This Taco Bell has consistently served their food to fresh and correct. It is Taco Bell, of course, so we are not talking gourmet Mexican food here, but as fast food this location does a great job.

I thought taco bell was supposed to be cheap?! better off going to Mcdonalds or Chipotle or the taco bell/​KFC instead, they have way better service and prices, everything here literally costs double!

I find it odd that some have knocked the food here as this is one of the better TB’s I have been too in some time. The TB/​KFC in Burke is aweful! I have been there three times and all three times they messed the order up. Place the same order at this location, bam… good food. The people here were curtious and the food was up super fast. I did notice that the cost of most of the items was a little higher but it is a price I will pay for good service and good food (for TB standards). I also think it is in a good location.

Ok… moving from Va Beach to Burke where from the land of TB everywhere to the land of everything is closed at 9pm… this little gem was NICE… the only other TB is a KFC combo and well that is a whole other ball of reviews…
The staff are all very polite, get my orders right, THE FIRST TIME… and although it is a bit pricier than the other stores on some things (value meals have large drinks so they sock it to ya… JUST itemize your order!) they do it the right way…
It is quiet, clean, tucked away in a corner of the parking lot hard to find… but look for it… it’s worth it!
And my greatest pleasure, I can understand them. Albeit a simple pleasure… I don’t care where you are from… when I am ordering my food, I prefer that we can communicate with each other effectively.
They would get 5 stars if the prices weren’t gouged…

I actually am usually a fan of Taco Bell, but this is *not* one of the good ones.
The food here is more expensive than most Taco Bells, and every time I order, I find that they shorted me on one of my items. When I get a burrito, it’s often half the size as other Taco Bells will sell it.

so, i haven’t been to taco bell in awhile. i’ve heard bad things about taco bell.
however, my experience was not too bad. food came out quite promptly. i got some burrito and 2 tacos combo with a drink and also got an additional doritos taco.
the burrito had some crunchy stuff inside, which was a nice change. the tacos. are usual. and if you’re not a big fan of them, there’s nothing a little (or a lot) of the hot sauce can’t solve.
so.the doritos taco. i was not a big fan. it tasted merely like a normal taco. maybe i shouldn’t have used the hot sauce, which probably drowned out the doritos-​flavor.
so.the parking lot. is way in the back. it’s so isolated and appears to be behind the plaza nearby. it’s sorta like a scene from a suspense movie. if you’re there at night. it’s a bit creepy since it is also next to the rail tracks.
anyway, i would probably go again for some cheap supposedly-​fake-​meat tacos.

I know it’s taco bell, it is a not so great one, even the lettuce seemed sad.

Aside from the fact Taco Bell’s food isn’t the best when it comes to Mexican food, this restaurant fails at what makes me choose Taco Bell over Chipotle — the price. This locations prices aren’t set to the ones on the website, so when I’m ordering for my friends it can mean an additional three to five dollars extra.
Personally, I usually go to the Taco Bell on Old Burke Lake Rd
but if I want speedy service I go here.

It is Taco Bell so you really cant critique the food. I will say they have some of the fastest drive thru lines around. And they get the orders right.

This place used to be extremely unorganized and slow and because of that I had stayed away from this particular Taco Bell for a few years. However, I recently went here two times over the last month and quite frankly I was pleased with their service. Both times there was a line at the drive through but it moved fast. I was given ample hot sauce (and both times they even asked instead of just handing me my bag and closing the window). So good job Burke Center Taco Bell, you have made me a customer again. However, since its Taco Bell… you only get 3 stars because your food is still just ok.
