The owner, Dave Forman, does not stand by the quality of the work as he claims. My first impression was good. He came across as very friendly and showed all of his «5-star reviews.» However, during the project when things were not going well, and at the «completion» of the job, he was unavailable and defensive. I was so upset I had to call the CertaPro regional manager to come and evaluate the work. He deemed the work as «poor and unprofessional» and had another crew (CertaPro of Loudon County) come to repair and complete the job. I would NOT recommend CertaPro of Fairfax under any circumstances.
