Vapor Time

Hi prices. That should sum up my review. I have no other problems. Good selection for a kiosk but prices r too damn high.

Someone told me about this kiosk inside the Burbank Mall, decided to check it out.
In order to make this review worthwhile, I think it’s best we break it down a bit.
Customer Service:
The person attending to me was really friendly and offered me to test out juices, and allowed me to look around without harassment.
Product Knowledge:
This by no means a reflection of the store but I believe that a person should have at least the basic product knowledge in order to answer basic questions. I had asked about the batteries and other items they carried and the best answer I would get was «Sorry…I don’t know, I just work here» — Really?
Product Selection:
They had your basic selections from eGo’s to K100’s and a few VV/​VW mods. They carried Juices but all unknown and most likely from China. Smelled a few of them and I didn’t even want to vape a sample.
Prices:
I understand that renting a kiosk might be expensive for a small store inside a mall but the prices on all their items were marked up anywhere from $ 10 to $ 20 above normal retail in my opinion. They were selling their KTS, K100, K101 for $ 120 — you can get this for less than half the price at other established vape shops. Vivi Nova’s for $ 30 — I can get that for $ 10. Way too overpriced in my opinion.
Conclusion:
If your wife is shopping, your bored, and you happen to vape then I would stop by and hang out just to look at stuff and vape around the kiosk. Would I buy anything, probably not. There are other places I could recommend instead of this place in Burbank.
