This is by far the best deli I’ve ever been to. Their Tony’s Special is amazing! Actually everything there tastes great! The two guys that work there make you feel like family. Great customer service!

Any time I am in Burbank, Tony’s is one of my favorite places to go. Consistently awesome sandwiches, great ingredients and service!

It’s dangerous how close Tony’s is to my office because it’s so good. Excellent quality and customer service.

Tony’s never lets me down. I always call in for a small toasted meatball with a little cheese. Service is great, the place is clean. They have an A rating in the window. Give it a try

The service was quick, courteous, & professional! The establishment was clean, neat, & smart! The food was beautiful, fresh, & delicious!!! I’m glad I discovered this place on my walk around the medical plaza while my mom was at her appointment! Can’t wait to share the other half of my amazing Sausalito Turkey sandwich with all the fixings & the side of tri-color pasta salad & chips! Can’t wait to come back & try some of the other deli meats & salads!

Had the eggplant parm since it’s the only decent veggie option and it was meh! So hot out of the microwave and it tasted like it. Way to much sauce and it was super messy! Should have gone to poquito mas!

Ordered the Tony’s Special(Italian cold cut), which comes with a side + drink for $ 9.95. Great price!!! The bread was soft and tasted very fresh. The cuts and dressing were on point too. I came after 1pm and avoided the lunch rush.

If you’re in Burbank, this is THE best sandwich spot, hands-down! Also have a location in Toluca Lake off Riverside. Their three layered bread gives the sandwich alittle more cushion of flavor. So delicious with a variety of meats. I’ve been coming here for many years and not once have I been disappointed. The staff is hospitable and super cool. If you’re a sandwich lover, then you gotta try it.

Fast, clean, fresh, and great service. I got the turkey and could barely finish half of it. Very satisfying. I loved how the veggies are diced so it’s evenly distributed(I want a tomatoe, onion and pickle with each bite. Thanks.) Some review said the service was slow? I was too close to call ahead so I took the chance and was pleasantly surprised. They greeted me right away, made some suggestions, got started on my order and had my sandwich ready by the time I got my drinks, utensils, and chips. Keep up the good work guys! I work up the street and get my nails done at Stella’s so I’ll be back again real soon!

I got the Tony’s Special, and I could not finish it. It looks like it’d be a really tasty sandwich, but it wasn’t that great to me. Bread was super dry; meat had zero flavor; all I could taste was the dressing and lettuce.

The Corned Beef was a dream! But the real superstar was the unassuming potato salad. Careful not to get too much! They do not skimp on portions and I left feeling like the turkey at thanksgiving. This story had a happy ending.

First off Service is a bit slow, so be prepared to wait, it took some time to put in order as well as get food. I went ahead and tried the Mediterranean plate(lule kebab) with two sides… I was greatly disappointed… The meat wasnt good at all had a weird flavor to it… hummus was terrible… the only thing on the plate that was decent was the salad. It seems like this place is known for their sandwiches… maybe I’ll try that next time… Maybe.

Terrible service and the worst Mediterranean food I’ve ever had in my life. Just don’t do it to yourself. I came here with my family for lunch. While eating I wanted to buy a bottle of water for my baby nephew and the cashier told me it’s a $ 5 min to use my card. I looked at him in shock and asked if he was serious after we had spent over $ 40 in total there for lunch. He simply said«sorry». Welp, never coming here again & if you decide to I really hope you have a better experience than I did. Side note: none of the workers here are actually Italian.

The guys at Tony’s have become my favorite faces during the week. I work down the street on Olive/Buena Vista and walk to Tony’s at least once, most times twice a week. The meat is serious quality(Boars Head), they layer their sandwiches with one extra layer of bread to soak up the spread, everything just screams fresh quality ingredients. I always phone in my order, and then walk over to pick it up. My favorite sandwich of all time — salsalito(spicy turkey.) Close 2nd goes to Tony’s Special(mix of italian cold cuts.) I’m a huge prosciutto lover so I’ve tried the prosciutto sandwich before and its delicious, but harder to eat as the prosciutto keeps sliding out. Other sandwiches I’ve tried and liked; Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast, Capicollo(italian spicy ham,) black forest ham. All their sandwiches come with an abundance of toppings; lettice, tomato, pickles, onions, mustard, mayo, cheese. Get it all! If you’re a Disney employee they offer 15% off when you show your badge!

I had the special — chipotle chicken with melted chipotle Gouda and I thought it was delicious. The guy behind the counter was friendly and patient as I asked for samples. Granted I came for a sandwich at about 3p when it was mostly empty so I can’t speak for how they do when it’s busy but I thought my sandwich was delicious, generously sized, bread was toasted perfectly, the staff was friendly and it was reasonably priced. Perfect for a neighborhood sandwich shop. I would definitely come back!

Decent place for lunch. Standard Italian deli with hot or cold sandwiches, soups and salads. I order the turkey on wheat with Swiss cheese. Boars Head meat = A+. Sandwich, drink and chips, is about $ 8-$ 10. This location is near lots of entertainment companies, TV studios and a major radio station just across the street. It’s on a busy street so parking can be crazy during lunch. The staff isn’t that friendly or welcoming. Which is fine if you’re just picking up an order, but if you’re a first timer and have questions about the menu, be prepared for a little ‘tude.

The Toasted Turkey Capicola sandwich with everything, no mayo, no mustard., only Chipotle sauce has become my newest addiction here.

I did not like my sandwich at all. I am forced to eat it as i’m driving a long distance without anywhere to stop, except for shady gas stations. I ordered a large smoked turkey sandwich. The Bread is chewy and hard. Sandwich was dry overall. I can’t even swallow the bread because it’s so dense, dry and chewy. Diet Pepsi in refrigerator was expired — from November 2014. Had to get another Diet Coke. Board says lunch special is $ 9.25, but paper menu says $ 8.50. I threw away 2⁄3 of it because it’s just not good. Very disappointed. Will not return or recommend. Should have listened to the other Unilocalers.

Hey Tony — we family or just distant half-cousins? You’ve been hit or miss, totally wishy-washy and inconsistent, so I can’t decide — you just aren’t treating me right! I waited to write and rate you after I’ve given your place a fair shake(mmmm shakes, but you don’t have that here! In fact, shakes would give you a boost in the rating!). What is Tony’s? A little sandwhich shop with 15 or so tables. They have some hot sandwiches(meatball, eggplant parm), and Lasagna, Eggplant Parm specials. But, basically, a sandwich shop. They use Boar’s Head brand meats, so anything on a sub is generally good. The bread is brought in, but seem fresh and ample-sized(my favorite kind). ** The Positives ** 1. Turkey sub(4 star): excellent, but not the best. Add avocado for $ 1 extra(when they have it). It’s not a 5 star due to the roll, which other places have better texture(want me to name names? Don’t tempt me, cause I will!). One time, I was given a triple-decker on the roll(no, Randy don’t like that). 2. Under $ 10 3. Nice and friendly staff; ** The Negatives ** 1. When busy, it’s slow and nearly chaotic. A really bad setup, inefficient use of space when busy. Three guys vying for a 5 foot space to make sandwiches. The rest of the area is large, 25ft or so, and unused. Plus, inefficient, I don’t like having to wait in line to order, then, wait in line again to pay. One line — order and pay… then wait is a-ok for me. 2. I’ve tried the meatballs(1 star), and I’ve had better frozen store bought. Very disappointing, and very bready, and very spongy — no brownie points on texture, that’s for sure. What’s better than a meatball sandwich? The answer, unfortunately, «When buying one somewhere else.» 3. Eggplant Parm — I ordered it to go, and it came with garlic bread and 2 meatballs; my fault, I asked them not to heat it up. Well, obviously a frozen pre-portion, as it had a ton of water around inside the plastic wrap the next day when I went to warm it up. Still, it was tasty — but why bother selling it if you don’t move enough to sell it fresh? It’s not THAT great, but a heck of a lot easier and quicker than making some myself(which I do, and mine is tons better). **Tony & Randy ** Do we have a future? I wouldn’t travel long distances to eat here, so you’re lucky you are only a block from work. What will save this troubled relationship? Do we need Italian Therapy? Lasagna, if you let me in the door, I’m willing to reconcile and try once more.
