Ms. Butler was extremely professional and helpful. She won my case for me. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Complete waste of money and time. She will make you feel like you have a strong winning case and do nothing to support you after you make your payment. She showed up to my hearing LATE and did diddly squat. I felt embarrassed having her represent me. Her address/​location isn’t even a real office. It’s basically a rented cubicle!

An absolute disgrace of a lawyer. Never called back when said she would. Her client was a legitimate crook and scam artist so she made promises on his behalf that were completely bogus. I physically went down to her office to talk to her but her paralegal told me Melanie is no longer representing her criminal of a client. Never called back again.

I retained Ms. Butler for a few small business issues and paid the monthly retainer fee as well as the charge per letter etc. Ms. Butler did not finish the task to my satisfaction and when I asked her to make changes, she agreed, then did nothing to finish what she promised to do. When I called she refused to return my calls. I emailed asking her to please finish what she had promised to do, but she never answered that either. In a conversation with her after I had retained her, she mentioned in passing that her law license was held by the Bar Association for two years due to the fact she was in «the crazy house» as she put it, in addition to having had issues with substance abuse. I think a disclosure before I retained her would have given me the chance to decide for myself if she was the type of attorney I wanted to work with. She obviously, is not capable of taking care of her clients.
