This is the best burger place for my family. The incredible quality for a very affordable price. The only downside is the parking and presence of homeless guys.

Great place for a burger while you’re waiting for you Tesla to charge. Getting a spot takes awhile, so you may as well go ahead & have someone order for you so it’s ready. The burger’s are soooo good!

I use to love the burgers here. In these last few months. I either got bigger or the burgers are much smaller?!? They are now the same size as a cheeseburger from McDonald’s. Only size difference is the lettuce and tomato on the Habits burgers. I’m bummed.

Food is good but this place has dirty floors and no paper towels in the bathroom! Management come on! Ok, floor is clean. But since when are dogs allowed in this place? Should I bring my horse in here? 6÷18÷16 were here today not so crowded. We ordered our food and we find a table. Today is not busy and we had to clean our own tables again! And the girl behind the counter saw us too. The floor is dirty and no one seems to give a damn.

So it’s Friday night and it’s lat, certain establishments I wanted to eat at were already closed for the night. So while driving down San Fernando Road my friend and I spot this place. Checked Unilocal and it doesn’t close for another 2 hours. Boom we have found our destination. Walked in and place was empty on the patio but still some space inside, ordered the double cheeseburger combo and my lady friend ordered a salad, chicken salad with what seemed to be pesto. Got our food in under 8 mins and I went at it, crispy fries, cold drink and a pretty delicious cheeseburger. You can’t go wrong at The Habit locations, been to about 4 separate locations and the food is good, always consistent. My friend enjoyed her salad and she said it was good but what I noticed is that they give you decent amount of chicken, I wouldn’t be happy but I don’t go to The Habit for salads. She also mentioned the pesto was a bit much but that next time she will ask for it on the side. Lot free parking. Good staff.

I love Habit Burger and I go there often for their Grilled Chicken Salad. Yesterday I decided to try their new item on the menu, the Super food Salad(I think that’s the name), when I came back to office and opened my lunch, it was not as advertised in the picture. The plate was half. So I paid almost $ 8.00 for a half salad? Not worth it.

I work close to this location so I frequent it for lunch. Most Habit Burgers have pretty good service and of course pretty good food, but I must say this location has exceptionally great service. The manager Tracy was so very helpful and so accommodating to my very difficult order with a genuine smile. I also must say the same for Molena the young lady taking my co workers order. CLAPCLAPCLAP you just don’t get genuine service like this anymore and when you do I say it must be recognized. I wanna say thank you and I will definitely see you guys again in the near future.

This Habit location is just convenient for me, but overall the restaurant itself is fantastic. I love sitting down and eating with my friends or family. The whole restaurant has a nice vibe to it and they are quick on orders. There are plenty different options to order from. Whether you came in just for a shake, a sandwich or salad they have it all. Also their burgers are pretty big and fullfilling :) I’d definitely recommend adding bacon and avocados to the charburgers(additional dollar).

Location is hard to find parking Customer service here is a little slow and unfriendly, even when I ordered through the phone and paid already; the food wasn’t ready when I arrived But– The food here is consistently great– the sweet potato fries and chicken teriyaki burger are my usual order because it is so damn perfect! The sweetness of the teriyaki and the pineapple on the chicken is really delicious and a natural pair. I like that they make your fries fresh even with to go orders, it makes the meal better Price is inexpensive and the quality of food is definitely there! Burger lovers like me that want to keep calories light must try Habit out

We really enjoy coming here, they’re up there with in and out minus the huge line that comes with that place. The burgers are great and there’s an awesome outside seating area so I’m allowed to bring our child. It’s in a busy shopping area so parking can be hard sometimes but it’s worth it.

This spot is ahhhmaazing! Staff is always very friendly and willing to accommodate orders that don’t turn out right. Food is always fresh and you can tell it is from the taste. I usually order out and my food is waiting for me once I come. Would deff recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap burger with sweet customer service.

Habit Burger is a great spot for quality, quick-service food served quickly by a courteous and pleasant staff and they charge a fair price. I haven’t tasted anything yet that I didn’t enjoy, but I do have my staple double char combo that I get most of the time. I also love the fact that you can get a 50 – 50 mixture of fries and onion rings. The Try tip sandwiches another favorite of mine and today I discovered the jalapeño tempura char burger, which quickly became a fav and I hope it’s limited time status changes to permanent. You should plan to arrive for an early lunch if possible as this location can get very crowded. The counter is also close to the front door so if 5 or more people are in line you will most likely be standing on the patio with the door open. Then once you get your food, you have to scurry for a table. It’s best to have a friend scope out a table while you order for them. The traffic flow is terrible to drive in and out so that keeps me away more than I’d like, but it’s worth the effort occasionally.

Holly Jesus this place is awesome! I’m not a big burger person but after working a grueling day I was starving and my gut instinct told me to check this place out. There are several factors which, in my opinion, distinguish a good restaurant from a great one: 1. Quality of ingredients and 2. If the employees seem to enjoy working there. This is a burger place. The menu is simple but varied and original. I ordered the Santa Barbara which is a burger patty on sourdough bread with avocado, mayo, cheese and onions. Bomb!!! A side of sweet potato fries with ranch on the side is the perfect cap on this phenomenal sandwich. So the food is great and so was the service. The people behind the counter were genuinely friendly and chatty, asking about your day, work– not as an obligation but as if they actually want to talk to you. Will definitely be back!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years now. I pretty much get the exact same thing everytime I come. I get the teriyaki chicken sandwich on sourdough. If I want a little change then I go brisket. They have excellent sweet potato fits and onion rings. Another thing I love about Habit is their ranch. Not only does it taste good but they aren’t stingy with it either. I would also like to add that I never get their burgers. They are mediocre at best and if you want a burger then go to In-N-Out. Parking is good and it’s right next to a Starbucks.

I really like The Habit Burger Grill in Burbank. Although the location is nearby, I often order over the phone for pick up because it’s just easiest. However, I am knocking off one star for a few reasons: 1. A lot of the times they can get your order wrong. For example, I’ll go home and find no avocados were added in my salad, or other minor mishaps, like being given a fork but no knife. It obviously hasn’t stopped me from returning, but it becomes an inconvenience when I forget to double check things at the restaurant to only regret it when I am already home. 2. I find myself waiting for a period of time for my meal to be put together when I arrive to pick up my order. It gets frustrating because this particular locations gets claustrophobic easily. The operator over the phone will give me a time frame for my food to be ready, and yet I still will end up waiting an extra 5 – 7 minutes. 3. Sometimes your meat patty can be undercooked. I feel like this location is often overwhelmed with customers and the cooks feel a constant need to just get things out and on a platter. However, this shouldn’t compromise the quality of the food. 4. Parking is insane for this location. It is located in a plaza shared with CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and some other small businesses. I’ll end up having to drive around in circles to find a place to park. Although this isn’t the restaurant’s problem, it does become an obstacle in picking up your dinner on time.

Warning: If you are gluten-free do NOT eat here! I have eaten from this restaurant a number of times and have had issues with my order being wrong or over-cooked,(tough to chew meat) before, but last night was seriously the final straw. I am officially done with this habit,(lol), and so is my boyfriend. Cheap fast food that’s not that great is sometimes acceptable, but being rude to customers when you’re the one at fault certainly is not. Last night I called in a takeout order over the phone. It has been a long while since I ordered from them, but they still had my credit card on file. I waited on hold for 5 – 10 minutes before someone(Mike?) picked up. He was really helpful with discussing gluten-free items because he told me that the French fries and sweet potato fries are made gluten-free, but that they are cooked in the same vats that the onion rings and fried zucchini are cooked in and those both contain wheat flour. I was so thankful he told me that because every other employee I had spoken with(both in this Habit restaurant and over the phone) told me their fries were gluten-free. Restaurants seriously need to figure this out already or they will continue to lose business. After I placed my order, he said he could use the card # I had stored in their system. It had been a while since I bought their food and I forgot that my bank had mailed me a new card with a chip and they changed the expiration date when they did, so my card didn’t end up going through. But the guy failed to notify me of this, he just paused as if he was waiting for the card to go through, and then he said thanks, it’ll be ready in twelve minutes, and have a wonderful night. He sounded very personable! Unfortunately, it wasn’t ready in twelve minutes because apparently my card got declined, but they never called me back to let me know l or made the food. Then, when they got the order ready, they made me a chicken sandwich with a bun, not a lettuce wrap we had ordered. So, when my boyfriend asked them to correct their error instead of making the lettuce-wrap fresh, one of two male cooks took the(gluten-filled) bun off and started to put the lettuce on. My boyfriend stepped in and mentioned that I have a gluten allergy and that’s why we ordered a lettuce-wrap and asked them to please make a new sandwich. There was some guy in a black shirt who seemed like a manager because he got bossy. Instead of being considerate to my gluten-allergy and the fact that they are the ones who made the mistake, he yelled at a young man in an orange shirt(a nice person) to «Make him write it down this time!» While pointing his finger(and entire arm) at my boyfriend in an angry manner… Not only was that uncalled for, but my boyfriend had actually initially shown the guy in the orange shirt an order he had as a list in his phone. It had been written down, but what difference should that make? Seriously, this was just too much. But I get it. It was busy last night. You were overwhelmed and you lost it. But you won’t be losing it on us again, because we will never be back here. The way you make your food is too risky for gluten-free eaters and treating customers with disrespect is no way to run a business.

Why haven’t I ever eaten at Habit!!! I finally came here after my fiancé kept telling me to go. I wanted to start with a basic charburger with cheese for my first time. Man, that first bite… the bun was very soft and pillowy. The meat patty was juicy and buttery. And the vegetables were very fresh. Not too shabby for a fast food burger joint! I took a bite(a big one hehe) out of my fiancé’s double char burger with avocado and bacon… it was so greasy and delicious! I had food envy because his was just more amazing than my already amazing burger! Each burger has caramelized onions, pickles, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I got sweet potato fries and those were yummy, had the perfect amount of crispness and not soggy. They have a bar that has sliced jalapeños, yellow hot peppers and pepperchinis. Great quality, reasonable prices and good service! Can’t go wrong with that! Only negative: I was sad when I finished… was still hungry and wanting more :(

I came here the other night with my girlfriend to try this place out again. We hadn’t eaten here in a while because the last time we got dinner my girlfriend’s chicken was very overcooked. We decided to order the same food that we have gotten in the past. I get a chicken sandwich on a French roll with teriyaki sauce and she gets a chicken sandwich lettuce wrap without cheese. We also get an order of french fries to share. It’s easy to call in the orders because they save your previous order in the computer and remind you of it when you call. So my girlfriend called and she decided to order the same food again since that’s what we wanted. But for some reason tonight they put cheese on her chicken lettuce wrap but she didn’t notice until we got home. The cheese was melted onto the chicken so she ended up rinsing the chicken off in the sink and then reheating it in the microwave. She has food allergies so that’s why she went to that extreme. We also noticed that the lettuce on the lettuce wrap was red. It looked like it was old. One would think that the lettuce leaves would cost less then a bun so these people would really try to step it up when serving wraps, but it just doesn’t seem to be that way here. The french fries were good though and my sandwich was fine. I don’t think I will take my girlfriend here to eat again, though. This is the second time in a row that she has not been satisfied with her meal and there are other restaurants out there that seem to be consistently better with the quality of food they serve.

I’ve never been to a place where the burger that comes out on the tray looks like, perhaps even better, than the photo on the wall. This is the new standard for fast-food burger joints. It edges out Shake-Shack for top honors in my book. This place is far superior to In-N-Out. Very similar style. Seems like the meat is on par, but the presentation of the food is phenomenal and the overall freshness is noticeably higher. It also doesn’t leave you feeling weighed down after. I had the double char burger(I think that’s what it was called) with cheese. The condiment bar gave you a host of peppers to spice up your burger. On a return trip I had the tuna. This was a let down. Marketed as sushi grade, I was expecting a pretty amazing burger. Definitely not sushi grade. Habit burger, you almost lost a star on this point.
