I come here for my fix since I work across the street at Al and Ed’s. Good tasting, inexpensive coffee. Their breakfsst croissant sandwhich is also very good. The workers here are also genuinely happy and nice and always greet you when walk in.

Oh god, do not come here for coffee or a donut. I came here because I really needed more caffeine and I wanted something sweet — it was that kind of day! The coffee was disappointing — it tasted weak, bitter and old. Just terrible. The donut was airy, dry and lacked the richness and sweetness of a typical sprinkled donut. Whomp whomp.

This place is now called Kim’s Donuts & Coffee. So far, have only had donuts and apple fritters and they were all good. They have croissant sandwiches as well which I hope to try in the future.

Since I frequent the nail shop 2 doors down, I’ve become a regular at this shop. It’s a cash only establishment that offers sandwiches, donuts, Boba, and more. I’m a big fan of the Croissant Sub Sandwich($ 4.75) and the White Chocolate Mocha Boba(Small for $ 3.75).

I pass Sam’s on my way to work every day, and today I stopped to check it out. I grew up in Dallas where there seems to be a mom and pop donut shop on every corner, serving hot coffee and deliciously fresh donuts. I was hoping to find the same quality here, and I lucked out! I was not disappointed in the quality of Sam’s donuts. They are fluffy, evenly glazed, and super fresh. They have those cute little donut holes, and pretty much all flavors of donuts: cake donuts, donuts with sprinkles, apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, croissants(chocolate, ham & cheese, spinach, etc.), eclairs, and even a small selection of freshly blended juice drinks. Prices are pretty cheap: $ 0.85 or so for a donut, unless it’s a specialty one with jelly or cream, then they are about a dollar. One dozen donut holes for I think $ 1.55 or so. I think I may have to stop here on a regular basis. It’s just too affordable and too delectable to pass up!

When it comes to a great glazed donut, this is our go-to spot in Burbank. Inexpensive, delicious, always fresh… My wife’s favorite glazed donut in LA. Can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but if glazed is what you’re after, you have to try this place amidst the dozens of donut shops in the area. Closed on Sundays and relatively early every other day, so check before you go.
