Paul Albarian worked with me on a wedding ring upgrade. After 21 years of marriage my husband wanted to do something nice for me. Paul was very kind and patient at every step and in the end I had exactly what I wanted. The design was custom and he picked out a beautiful center diamond stone for me. I was confident the diamond would be of high quality and looking at it now it surely is. The ring has 2 rubies and those are super nice as well. The process took some time as you would imagine designing a ring would. Paul kept in close communication. He paid attention to all details to make the ring perfect for me. Paul was also mindful of our budget and I feel he delivered the best value and customer service for our money. We will return to Paul and recommend him to anyone looking for that special diamond, stones or ring.

Paul Albarian is the most honest jeweler in the city. He takes a personal interest in you and your business. I met Paul at first when I was looking to sell a old wedding set. He took the time to explain to me how the diamond business works and made sure I was well informed of all my options.
Later when I was ready to propose, He worked with me to design a custom ring that was tailored to my requests. He got me a GORGEOUS 1 karat stone and 10 additional diamonds for the sides and worked into my budget.
His prices are generous. You will get high quality jewelry and excellent customer service at a fraction of what a department store would sell you. My ring has appraised for nearly double what I paid.

Paul was very cool. The building is a little difficult to navigate but once you find his office the receptionists are nice and paul gave me a very good deal exchanging silver maples for the gold I had. He has a good assortment of silver and was super pleasant — thumbs up!

Such a nice guy and quality experience. You sit down in a private room with no distraction, he looks it over very carefully, weighs it and cross references. I felt like I received a more than fair offer on some jewelry I no longer wear. Paul definitely cares about following all the rules but is very honest about his offer.

I went to Paul Albarian to sell my gold ring. I did my homework on what it was worth, and I shopped around a lot. Almost every other place I went to for a quote wanted to give me half of what it was worth. When I went to Paul, he gave me a more than fair offer that was much better than the other places. And to top it off, he is literally the NICEST person I’ve met in L.A. And I’ve lived here 11 years… Go to him, and you’ll be so happy you did. His business card says «Rare Coins– Precious Metals– Jewelry» so he does more than just buying gold.

I went here based on the reviews, I was not disappointed. I had a few odds and ends of gold from my childhood that were hanging around and a watch fob from the late 1800’s. Paul was very informative about the value of what I had, he told me that the fob was gold filled and couldn’t take it, but tested the other items and gave me a fair price. This was much easier than I thought. I would recommend using Paul for selling your extra gold.

We walked into this place not knowing what to expect. This was our first time ever doing anything with selling jewelry. Let’s just say we were not disappointed. We know we were not screwed over and he helped us every step of the way! He made our experience very pleasant! There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. I will recommend it to anyone wanting to get of their coins or jewelry!

My experience with Paul was FANTASTIC. First off, I showed up unannounced to his office and he was kind enough to see me right away. Second, he made the buying process incredibly easy and fun. I had never sold jewelry before, but Paul explained everything step-​by-​step. The price he offered me for two gold rings was incredibly fair and honest. Also, after receiving the check from Paul, later that night my puppy ate it! The next day Paul promptly reissued me another one.
So, if you have any precious metals, coins, or jewelry to sell Paul Albarian is your guy!!!

Long story short, I had an old pocket watch that I wanted to get rid of. I had done a little research and knew that it really did not have a whole lot of value, I just wanted to get rid of it so it didn’t sit in my drawer collecting dust. Paul was great. He took the time and sat down with me and I now know more than I ever wanted to know about a pocket watches.
To start, his building is very professional, it looks like a lot of attorneys have offices there. Small tip… it is a business building so don’t go in there in your old tennis skirt and worn out shirt like I did, you will feel out of place… (what can I say it was my day off!)
Paul was very gracious about his offer. He explained that it was low and that the market really isn’t there for my type of watch (which I already knew). He even told me I could sell my watch on eBay and get a little more money than his offer. I opted to sell it to Paul because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of eBay for not that much more money and his offer was honestly what I was expecting to get out of it. Paul was very kind throughout the entire process and I enjoyed talking with him. He’s very trustworthy and his customer service is top notch. Don’t go to those creepy places in the mall… Go see Paul it will be a much better experience!

Wow I don’t know where to start. Like always I Unilocaled a place that buys gold. My wife took some jewelry to get it appraised by Paul and to sell it. Not only were we happy with Paul’s friendly service but he made us feel at home. He is such a great honest guy and gave us an amazing price. My wife came out with the biggest smile in the world.
