Been with this Credit Union for 18+ years. Super nice! 3 car loans and countless services and not one complaint!

This place is awesome. I just got a Job with Disney, and set up an account. They have great customer service, and is decorated with Disney stuff everywhere. You have to have good credit here, have to have start up money and must be a Disney employee.

most problems i have ever had with a bank… nothing but run around when you actually talk to a person online people are helpfull but go into the branch and dont even get ur questions answered that u went in for. new online system messes up oh sorry you work the hrs we are open but u need to call us at those hrs only. id rather deal with the bs of any other bank then deal with this bank again.

Edited my report, I voted them a one based on having a really bad experience with them, subsequently their customer service has been friendly and helpful to me so I don’t feel they deserve a one.
Initially their clerk talked trash about me behind my back to someone I was with (when I had left to get cash), very unprofessional. They subsequently had a train of errors that resulted in me having to be on the phone with them and wait at the DMV due to my loan being mishandled.
Their interest rate was competetive and a plus, their subsequent efforts to be helpful and friendly were a plus. I am not quite at the point of saying don’t use them due to the friendly people I’ve dealt with in the wake of the initial hassles and errors, nor do I feel that one guy who talked trash represents the whole company. I’m not exagerrating, I think there was a bit of «hetero-​hating» going on with the guy, I came from a construction site, I’m a big ogre and this guy had make-​up on and spoke in a very effeminate manner. I don’t dislike gays at all (I greatly value my gay friends and care for them every bit as much as my «hetero» friends), but man this guy probably pisses off OTHER gay people. Specifically he told my friend «I don’t want to deal with this guy, he’s too gruff». Jeez, way to make a paying customer feel welcome…
