I’ve been going to Moti for almost 20 years from back when he was at Rocky’s. Besides the fact that he gives a great hair cut I really appreciate that he is honest with you about what would look good on you. I’ve been to hair designers before that you just tell them what you want and they could care less to give you their advice.
The prices are really fair at Moteaze, I have been to hair salons in Beverly Hills with an ex of mine and I would say I am happier with Moti’s cuts by far. Yeah they gave me a glass of champagne, but for their price I could’ve bought the whole bottle at a store and still had enough to get a cut at Moteaze.
Ultimately, its about the relationships you build and the trust you have in people. I can honestly count Moti as a friend. For me Moteaze is the best hair salon in Burbank by far.

Moti is an excellent stylist! He gives the best haircut by really listening to his clients needs/​wants and using his artistic eye and experience to enhance. His aptitude for color is awesome! He does not disappoint!

Moti and his wife, April, are the best! I have an extremely colorful hairdo and Moti uses colors like a true artist. Today he used approximately 17 colors on my hair, as well as giving me a great haircut with wonderful bangs (not easy on my hair). When he finishes my color, cut and style, I have truly show-​stopping hair. April gives me wonderful facials – very professional – and never tries to sell me products, which is a great relief. I have been to several salons where they spend the whole time trying to guilt you into buying their products, which is a big turn-​off. Moti’s salon is a friendly, casual neighborhood place – very low-​key and stress-​free. Moti has a strong and vibrant personality – definitely the class clown – and April is very sweet and very smart. They are a delightful couple and they provide excellent services.

I just had my eyelashes done last night by April at Moteaze and I couldn’t be happier! She was very thorough, explained everything and did a wonderful job! I was worried because I have seem some people with extensions who end up looking like ridiculous drag queens because they are just too thick or too long. The set I got from April are perfect — they look like I was just blessed with unbelievable long lashes! Yes, it is a little pricey to keep up, but its worth it in my opinion. I never have to wear eye makeup now!

Moti is fantastic! This is literally the FIRST time I can remember that I haven’t had my hair cut and styled, then gone home to re-​style it myself, which is really saying something because I’m very particular about my hair.
You won’t be disappointed with your cut!

First of all, the lady who did my Xtreme Lashes was great. Two thumbs up for her professionalism.
But for me, personally, I’m a low maintenance kinda gal. The Xtreme Eyelash Extensions looked great for my event, but the upkeep is quite expensive. Even the products I had to buy are pricey. If you have the time and money to keep up with getting eyelash extensions, then by all means go here.
I just can’t put so much effort on my eyelashes.

This place is exquisite, if I do say so myself. Moti is great at cutting hair! He fixed my hair after it had been awfully cut by another hair stylist. He is so friendly and he actually tries to have communication with his customers. He really tries to find that perfect look for you (so come with an open mind because sometimes what we want actually won’t look good on us). He knows what he is doing and is wonderful at telling you what he thinks would work better based on your features. I also went for some Xtreme Lashes extensions and met his wife April who took care of my eyelashes. She is a total sweetheart! I love how I was treated, I love how my hair looked afterwards and I ADORE my eyelashes. Their Salon is really unique and it gives you a relaxing vibe. Like I said, both of them are completely friendly and are Talented at what they offer at Moteaze. Just make sure to make an appointment because they get extremely booked. But the wait is completely worth it. :) I HIGHLY recommend Moteaze.

He always gives me an amazing cut (and color when I’m feeling frisky). I always bring in a picture or explain to him what I’m looking for and he’s always on point! I highly recommend him…

I always try out a new hairstylist with a simple wash and cut to get a feel for the place and the stylist. I tried him out last summer. The cut was OK, but it was more his style that I didn’t care for and the crazy things he talked about (his personal relationship problems). I’m not talking problems with kids or the water cooler talk about the nagging wife, I’m talking serious stuff that you’d tell your closest friend at the bar with a drink. I was so shocked and embarrassed I didn’t know what to say so he kept on talking! I wish I was making this stuff up, but a good friend of mine went here too and later told me the same thing happened to her. People say I’m really easy to talk to, but there are some things I really don’t want people to share with me. Maybe he was just going through a lot of personal drama in his life during that time?
On the plus side there’s plenty of free street parking nearby.

The logo says it all. Moti is truly an artist. He fixed my color and repaired a not so great cut. I LOVE my hair now. If that’s not reason enough, Moti is kind, funny and down to earth. You can’t say that about most stylists who have worked with celebs. You will have the best hair ever and a lot of fun at Moteaze.

I’ve been to many salon’s in Beverly Hills and Moteaze provided the same results at a fraction of the cost. The hair color products he uses are the best quality and so far last longer than any others I have tried. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn’t rush the process. He will adjust his hours to work with yours. If you need your hair done at 8pm he will do it.
I highly recommend Moteaze and have been a loyal client for the past 8 years and consistanly receive compliments on my hair.

I’m so happy that I found Moteaze! Moti is an amazing stylist and a super sweet guy. The salon has a great atmosphere and I love the products they carry. I’m so happy I don’t have to drive to Beverly Hills to get my hair done anymore. It’s a great find in the Valley!
