La Paz Liquor

If I lived anywhere close to this place, it would be my place to go to buy my lottery tickets haha.
I came all the way to Burbank just to buy my lottery tickets after I heard this place keeps selling the lucky numbers.
The young man behind the counter was extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgable.
I met the owner and he was very friendly as well.
I was very happy with the service they provided.
I recommend stopping here

Worst place EVER. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I can’t say rude enough. Every time I go there I think «well, maybe I’ll give it another chance» and yet every time the OWNERS are the ones that make me think…“hhhhmmm…” this is why we are all going down the toilet. Rude, thoughtless people. NO customer service. At all. I’m surprised they even have someone standing at the counter. They yell at you when you want something. You can’t understand them when you ask for something. i’m sorry, but NO THANK YOU.
Let me state that the woman who runs the place is sweet, however, I have been there on TOO many occasions with the male owner who is a complete a@@. Rude. Yelling. Thoughtless. Irrittated. And, every time I think… «aww, i will try again, maybe it’s just a bad day», but NOPE. Still rude. Dude, you came HERE to make a business, not the other way around. Maybe appreciate it.

Family owned store, and they have great prices.

At La Paz they understand the importance of customer loyalty.
The owners, a husband and wife team, are super nice, the wife especially. She will often give me a lotto ticket on the house (10 million dollar winner sold here) or a complimentary bag of M&Ms. (Got to keep those stocked in the house so as Missus Paradise’s stash doesn’t get low)
They have a good selection of wines, beers and whatever liquor your little boozy heart desires, but like I said, the owners are what make this place special.

La Paz Liquor is much like the many other area liquor stores. It has fairly priced merchandise. The older Korean gentleman who is always behind the counter is not the friendliest but that is totally fine, considering I usually am in a hurry and can not chat anyway. Parking lot in the back, that I never use, is large and easy enough to navigate without problem. I walk here from the house all the time, which is part of the reason I come in here. Oh that and the pure fact that they have some of the greatest selection of gift packs.
Whenever I receive an invite to a bash I stop in here for a little gift before hand. I like the fact that I can pick up a bottle pack complete with glasses, it makes gifting really easy. Everyone likes booze right?

I love this place!
The owners are nice, the prices are decent and everytime I buy a Lotto Scratcher I always manage to win something! Hooray for La Paz!

If you play the Lotto this store is a must! I think they sell the highest # of winners in the valley. Plus they have a fair selection of wines.

Going east from the metro station station in Noho this is the best liquor station until you hit downtown Burbank. Only Handy Mart has a better beer selection.

Seriously the nicest lady ever works here. I love this place, they have a little bit of everything, and a nice selection of booze.

This place is walking distance from my house and I couldn’t be happier about that. The place has everything and the owners are the sweetest people EVER!

I cant believe I am writing a review for a liquor store. But its LA PAZ, my office is 10 meters away. I must say something nice because the owners are the best people EVER.
They are open 7 days a week and often times I wonder who’s the bigger work-​a-​holic, me or them? Regardless, its a nice place and they always have snacks for me. I was laughing when I saw La Paz being used in Paulie Shore’s movie and believe it or not, this place is filmed pretty often.
