This People are rude and unprofessional.
They have no understanding of customer service.

I’ve had John Castro Plumbing do many different projects over the past 2 years, including installing 2 tankless water heaters on my home. With the manufacturers and state rebates the units were almost free!
I have also used John Castro Plumbing as my plumbing sub-​contractor on dozens of projects over the past 2 years.
Their prices are always a third less than the competition with quality and performance above and beyond the industry norm.
They’re licensed, bonded and insured and stand behind their work.
I will definitely use John Castro Plumbing again and again.

This is not a fake review. Why would I spend the time to review this business if we never crossed paths? They forgot my appointment so I’m not surprised they don’t know who I am.

John Castro Plumbing did an awesome job and they were quick too! The pipe under our sink had started leaking and then it had started spraying and leaking so the bucket we had used as our temporary fix was no longer working to contain the water. Our landlord tried to do it himself and when it was apparent he couldn’t fix the problem, he called John Castro Plumbing. We got an appointment right away and within 2 days, they were here, fixed the problem in no time, and once again our sink was able to be used. My only complaint is that now that the sink works, I don’t have any excuses and now I’ve gotta do all those piled up dishes. But I have no complaints about John Castro Plumbing! They’re friendly, reliable, and I’d recommend them to anyone!

I wanted a tankless water heater installed and had gotten several hyperinflated quotes from other plumbers. I found John Castro plumbing online and saw the good reviews here and on Yahoo. I emailed Chris and he came by the next day and gave me a great quote! I have my new Tankless water heater now and am thrilled with the job Chris did. I will use him again for future jobs in my house.

Chris Castro played an instrumental role in getting our newly purchased home up to specs. Our 2nd floor bathroom leaked and we had an issue with mixed metals on our main line, both of which Chris fixed within the budget and timeframe allotted. Chris and his team were courteous, professional, and just nice people. If you need work done and time and money is important to you, call Chris. You’ll get the job done as if you had a friend in the business.
